On Sunday, October 6th me , my boyfriend and my friends went to dine at this restaurant for the first time. While it did no take long for us to be seated , it took 30 Minutes to for the waiter to come and take our order. Other tables that were sat after us already had there orders placed and a cook arriving to the grill to start preparing the food. It took for someone at our table to bring this to another waitress attention for our waiter to come back. Our chef was a great experience however once it was time to leave that’s where things went downhill. The waiter took another 30 minutes to bring the checks, once everyone gave the waiter the payments he disappears for 30 minutes. It was not until my boyfriend and I went To the counter that we were advised the card machines were down. My boyfriend checks his bank account and sees that his card was charged 98 dollars TWICE. Why wouldn’t the waiter come back and tell us the card machines were down instead of running the card twice? One of the other workers assured us that the second charge would post back to the card but as of TODAY 10/9 It has not been posted back to his card. Is this how you run your business? Charging people twice? If you eat here, be sure to come with cash. I will NOT be returning. Attached a picture of the receipt below proof of visit

It would be harder to find lower quality food. When I was a kid and we were on a budget we used to buy this Lipton soup called Cup of Soup. Similar low quality soup bouillon can be found when purchasing bulk soup mix at Restaurant Depot. Just the rock-gut of low quality cheap soup mix and that's what they're starting people out with at the restaurant. Furthermore they have one squirt bottle of some soy mixture that they squirt over their noodles, they squirt over their rice, they squirt over all their meats. It's just a salty hell of low quality food, that all taste the same. Furthermore they got rid of their large noodle for some cheaper spaghetti noodle. Furthermore the beer they served me which I drink all the time is called "Hopium." Their Hopium actually tasted warm and diluted. It didn't taste it all like what I'm used to drinking with that brand. Finally they just raised their prices, but I figure why not raise them more and just serve better quality food? It's not like I'm thinking to myself what a great deal I got eating out tonight, instead I'm thinking to myself I'm never going to go back there again.

Authenic Traditional Japanese sushi with premium sushi rice. Excellent hibachi and staff paired with big filling meal portions. The best quality sushi around and is filling to the point that it the best bang for your buck especially with limited cheap sushi options around Brier Creek. You might as well get the best if you have to spend and celebrate. I have been going to them for celebration dinners, dates, and birthdays over the years (they were previously Fujisan). The hibachi is also excellent by the way, and always fun to watch. Especially the fire onion volcano! I have yet to see anyone disappointed going there to celebrate. The staff are charismatic and will make sure it feels like a special dinner. For covid, it may be a bit crowded at dinner but they have plastic sheets up for social distancing and also offer less crowded seating away from the hibachi cooking tables. When I accidentally got soy sauce on my mask the waiter even gave me an spare mask! Now that's hospitality. Sushi is my favorite food, I will definitely be coming back the next time I get the hankering. :)

I usually order from here a couple a times a week via Uber eats. Today, I decided to order a pick up order and it was a disaster.

For starters, when I walked in to order my food the woman at the front desk handed me my food and we noticed that the bag had the bang bang shrimp sauce at the bottom. The food was packed in a way that caused my bang bang shrimp to spill out in the bag. The lady took the bag to the back, fixed it, came back and gave me my bag.

I then noticed that my miso soup was not in the bag, some of the extra sauces I paid for weren't in the bag. I finally got my miso soup and they needed to add water to it. It was just very chaotic.

Next there was a bag of 2 white boxes because I ordered bang bang shrimp and a side of white rice. We both noticed the 2 boxed and she opened the first one and said "hey, you have 2 bang bang shrimps and you only ordered one" and I said okay where is the side order of my white rice. She went to the back, came out with fried rice, and then sent one of the workers back to get white rice. I then noticed that I didn't have my Wasabi and asked for that since I paid extra for it. A gentleman gave it to me and helped me with other condiments and sauces.

I then drove 30 minutes home, checked my bags again to see that I had 2 sides of white rice instead of my bang bang shrimp.

I called the store to let them know that I was missing my shrimp and the same lady who was helping me said that we both saw the boxes and that I had 2 boxes of bang bang shrimp. That was not the case and I told her the sauce spilled on the outside of the other box but there was no sauce in the box with the white rice clearly showing I didn't have bang bang shrimp in either box.

My fiancé and I are now having to drive back 30 mins to the restaurant to show them our meals and see how this will be rectified.

This is very disappointing especially how much I have ordered from here.

Please check everything before you leave the restaurant or you'll be...

I had a party of 3. Was seated by the host at a part of the table where he asked us to sit because there was menus placed there. So, we sat. We waited 15mins for someone to come take our drink orders, then another 10 to 15 for her to actually take our food orders. The lady then comes and asks us to move down some seats to make room for others. We obliged and moved down. The tiny soup and salad came out. We ate that. Still no cook. There were 3 young people at the other end of the table waiting and making comments about the wait as well. After a total of 45 mins, many tables finishing and leaving, and no cook and no food, the host finally asks us had our food been served yet. We let him know that we are now 45mins in with no cook and no food. My daughter and her friend were just ready to go, and so was I. As we were deciding, the lady came back again and asked us to move down again as she was trying to seat people beside us. She then said it was our decision, but continued to stand and hover over us. We were done. I let her know and we got up and left. The young people at the other end were never asked to move and they were Caucasian, and so were the people she was literally trying to make us move for. I could say discrimination, but I will leave that to my thoughts. We will NEVER go back to this restaurant again. I have never experienced anything like this ever, and will never put myself nor anyone else in this position again. If anyone would like to contact me from the restaurant, please do so. My and my parties experience was a...

Our family has been going here for almost 15 years. We have been watching the quality of service across the board decline, especially in the past few years, but last night was the last straw for me.

After watching a customer at our table walk out angrily because the father was repeatedly ignored, we had our dinner. Several things went wrong- we were rushed, we were given the wrong drinks repeatedly, and we were chastised for switching straws on drinks.

When the check came, I noticed some things. An 18% gratuity was automatically added for my party of 5. Never had that happen before. Then I noticed that they charged that gratuity on the subtotal PLUS TAX. Wrong. Then, the receipt clearly said in all caps NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. So I didn’t sign.

The older woman stepped in front of me on my way out the door and asked me to sign. I showed her what the receipt said and then I started walking out.

She then stepped in front of my boyfriend and demanded he sign. I heard him say “It’s not my card!” Then, the man behind the counter stepped in front of my boyfriend, which felt threatening, and told him that he was not leaving until he signed. He felt afraid, signed, and left.

This is ridiculous. Their scare tactics were out of line. And his signature on my card was fraudulent, so why they would insist on it makes no...
