I ordered 2 regular and 1 large sub to go through their employees over the phone on Nov 4th and they were made without anything on them other than extra banana peppers and extra pickles with just meat. They were suppose to be mikes way and we had no way of getting back there as we were late for pictures and too far away once we realized all the subs were made incorrectly. Not one to complain but I have already had one issue with this store using UberEats. This time I worked direct with them so I called the store back and talked to a Jersey Mikes employee for 10 mins at which point I provided the receipt number and I was told I would get a refund on my card for the subs and that since I used my points for one of the subs that they would put me on the board for a free sub because they couldn’t refund me my points which meant I would get a free sub next time. Fast-forward ten days and no refund. I go to the store to order subs tonight and ask the Shift Manager Jairos about the situation who initially says he processed my refund himself for Billy. After making my subs he then goes on to not only deny that I spoke to someone but says there is no board and I am not getting my refund or the free sub. He also claims I was trying to run some game on them. Obviously his actions speak about the type of person he is and I have been an entrepreneur my whole life and the customer service of Jairos is absolutely unacceptable. I expect to hear from the manager or I will be forced to challenge the store through my credit card company. I hope to hear from a manager by posting this online but if not I will be sure to pass on this information as far as possible so Jersey Mike fans don’t get faked out by this not up to Jersey Mike’s customer...
Read moreI've ordered from here several times, usually at night. I now know to NEVER ordered during lunch. Worst experience I've ever had at a Jersey Mike's. I place my order online, like I always have. It says it will be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 18 minutes after I placed the order. They told me they were working on it and it was almost ready. There were 6 people in line. It was around 1:35pm so they were still a little busy from lunch and I understood. I sat down and waited. After completing every single order of the 6 customers in line they began working on my online order which was placed now, 45 minutes prior. Another customer walks in and they stop making mine to begin and complete that order as well. When I get home to serve the subs I realize that half of the order was wrong. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. NEVER GO THERE DURING LUNCH. I thought the point of online ordering was to ensure a timely 'ready when you arrive' kind of meal but apparently not at the Edwards Mill...
Read moreI do not live in this area I stopped by before my concert. The moment I walked in I was greeted by extremely friendly faces. I haven’t had this good of an experience at a Jersey mikes ever. The 2 young men that served my father and I were extremely helpful. Nico said that he was training to be a shift lead and I think he deserves a promotion or raise. I am pregnant and can’t have meat without it being heated up, Nico made sure to heat it for me. The Italian sub that I had made was immaculate. I would sell my first born child to eat the sandwich they made me again. Made with love or witchcraft it does not matter it was delicious. I had also noticed they had a display box on the top of the drink fridge and had asked for one. Nico went out of his way even climbed up on a ladder to get me that box. 100/10 and will be back if possible. I’d love for them to cater my wedding, maybe...
