Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Raleigh

Wow! Worst customer service ever! My wife and I ordered a pizza on the phone and they said it was not a problem swapping banana peppers for mushrooms and I double confirmed that and the person taking the order said it was fine there would be no extra charge. Everything seemed fine until we paid for the pizza in my wife noticed that our pizza was several dollars more than the menu on the wall. They said they charge us to an extra $2.50 to addmushrooms. I said that we were told there was going to be no charge and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I was pretty upset with the attitude of Jake, apparently the shift supervisor.so I told him forget it I just want a refund you said okay and started to walk away from the register while he was telling me it take about 3 days for the refund. I said how are you going to do that if you don't enter it into the registerand he huffed and went over to the register and refunded the full amount of the pizza. I guess they would rather lose profit for that pizzaand a customer. First time we were ever going to try Jets but we will never go back to another jet's Pizza ever again because of the poor attitude of Jake. Jake really has an issue with customer service and should not be in that position at all. He probably should start looking for a different line of work that he may find more interesting. Obviously customer service is not his strong point. Sorry Jake, I'm throwing you under the bus for being a jerk. Good luck with your career at...

Normally, i go to the Cary Location because its closer. This time i placed my order NOT paying attention to the location. I ended up at the Creedmore, Raleigh location to pick a 8 corner half and half pizza. Let me emphasize and share this is THEE FIRST time a Jets pizza chef has EVERRRRR! And i mean EVVVVEEEERRRR MADE MY PEPPERONI SIDE WITH VEGGIES the BEST! I feel like whoever made this pizza, it was a guy, they made it LIKE THEY CARED. Now im thinking he new exactly what he was doing and intentionally covered up. Because i passed a whole larve and ate others, but they were layered in with and under the toppings. IT WAS LAYERED EVENLY NOT SPORADICALLY WITH ALL THE VEGETABLES I ORDERED. However, later on after eating one slice every since i have eaten the pepperoni slice first i got diareah, then i wasnt certain it was the food so i ate the vegerable side and i have had nothting but stomach pains. I normally dont eat all day intentionally and i eat at Jets in Cary location all the time and I have never ever gotten sick like this. Im throwing it all out. It is food poisening, a dead larve in my diarhea, Urgent Care appt 9:05am. Update i ended up with receiving a 3 day treatment for food poisening for bacterial treatment in my small intestines. Very traumitizing experience for me. I will not be eating...

I ordered 2 orders of the 2 slice special & 2 Italian boats... The pizza was definetly old & had been sitting... I called ASAP to speak to a manager & told him about my order ...I mentioned I wanted to speak to a manager the person on the phone answered to it.. Until I told him about my order well what would you like me to do.. He did offer to make another order but I declined... It was for me & my Co workers lunch & her first time having jets.. I told her it was soo good.. Well the other location was.. Anyway he said the manager will be in at 3 & will call and make it right basically... Well no call ever came... Funny thing is I tipped for a pick up order I usually don't.. Because I do understand that a lot of workers are over worked & under paid.. But on the other hand I work hard for my money & would like fresh food... I'm not even gonna talk about the Italian boat... Should call that a veggies boat the meat doesn't exist... Hungry howdys have y'all beat on that for sure!! I'm not saying I won't eat at jets just not this one... Also I work at 2 hotels ppl are constantly asking me where the good food is in town.... Not here!!!..This is the location on Creedmoor...
