I've been coming to this location for about the last year since moving to this area. And the quality of service was excellent initially. Every time that I would order online it would be ready and greeted to friendly service. Unfortunately, in recent months I've noticed the quality and service and timing exceed below my expectations as a paying customer. On today's trip my order was not ready upon my arrival, something I can normally be forgiving of however they did not appear to be busy. Additionally, there was no friendly greeting by the staff. It seemed like only one out of the three employees were really working hard. The same person who I do commend for their efforts, did eventually greet me and clearly had their hands full. Another customer spilled a drink and this individual was quick to take action. However, the other two employees seem to oblivious of the pressure this other employee was putting themselves in. It's pretty clear to me that there's been some staff changes and as a result, the quality of service has gone down significantly. I hope that management can communicate clearly with their employees on their expectations of service.
I almost forgot to mention that the fountain drink system was clearly not assembled correctly and there were only two tops left for cups in a few straws. While these complaints might seem minor or minimal, if that is the case, then why weren't they addressed initially...
Read moreLarge guy making subs yells at my family upon entry. We were shocked and so were other patrons. We drove 30min to eat here today with our family that works right next door. This large guy is yelling and stopping us from ordering due to not wearing a mask. I told him his own co-worker didn’t have a mask on and the people sitting right next to us didn’t have a mask a few “feet” away. He kept yelling as-if he was the police. I stated we have been to this location several times the last month and never once yelled at for not coming in with mask on. Plus, we had never seen him prior to today. This was my favorite location to eat at, will never return.
BTW, this large guy is very provoking and could cause something more than words to be thrown around with the wrong customer. He also disgusted me and I lost my appetite, no way was he going to handle our food. His nasty scruffy beard alone stuck out every where and his hair looked super greasy. In all honesty, he’s the health issue in there.

I ordered a Hunters Club. I ask for no mayo. He asked me to verify no mayo and I said "you know what I only want lettuce, cheese and onions on it" he said "so no mayo and to Katie" I said yes. Then I said I wanted a cookie as well. He charged me for the sandwich and cookie.
Then I waited for my sandwich and when it was ready he said "don't forget your drink" since I already did the math I knew I didn't pay for one I took it. When I walked back to my hotel 15 minutes and checked my sandwich....all there was on the sandwich was turkey, lettuce, mayo and tomatoes. So apparently they though I only wanted no cheese.. How do you get that from what I said. I hate mayo and had to wipe half the toppings off to even eat it. Waste of money. This is my last straw for...
