King's Wok (Hibachi+Asian Restaurant Raleigh) — Restaurant in Raleigh

I ordered food from this restaurant through Door Dash. I absolutely hated my meal. My daughter wasn't very happy with her's either. I ordered a combination meal, of Garlic Chicken, fried rice and an egg roll for $7.95. I also paid $3 extra for Chicken LoMein. My Garlic Chicken was to be served with fried rice, which I never got. I apparently paid $3 extra for LoMein to be served as a substitute for my fried rice. This was suppose to be a separate item. My daughter had the Sesame Chicken combination meal. They replaced her fried rice with white rice, which she ordered as a separate item also. However, her cost was only the $7.95. My dish itself was tasteless. The chicken did not have a good chicken flavor. It was just fatty meat pieces of some sort. My daughter's dish was also tasteless. There was barely any coating on the chicken. The egg rolls were so terrible that we could not eat them. I will never do business with them again. Door Dash did operate...

We have been eating Kings Wok for about 30 years. Loyal customers for a very long time. They recently stop delivering personally and went to Grub Hub. We ordered from there for the first time using Grub Hub, recently. When the food came 30 mins later than expected, I went through the food. They did NOT send ANY napkins, sauces or plasticware. NONE. Nothing. I called and told the Asian man who answered the phone. He said it was the Grub Hub drivers responsibility to bring the condiments etc, and that I should have made note of that when I ordered. They have ALWAYS sent those items automatically!!! I never had to make a note of it before!!! He was very RUDE and did not even seem to care. I spent about $40. You just lost a long time customer. I will not recommend Kings Wok to anyone I know. And I will NEVER order from Kings Wok again. There are plenty of chinese delivery places who will treat customers much better than this!!!!...

NASTY! I would've given them zero stars but Google wouldn't let me.I ordered lunch with a couple of coworkers only to find a ROACH in our sweet & sour sauce. YUCK!!! And to add insult to injury, when I called to inform the manager, her only response was "Oh". So of course I went right after work to get my refund only to receive an attitude from the lady behind the counter. I was nothing but nice to her. I had it in mind to not make a scene when i went in there but rather than an apology, her excuse was "I thought I strained that well enough". She slammed my money in my hand. She was rude, unapologetic, and simply lacked basic customer service skills. She then had the nerve to call me crazy because I refused to let her keep the delivery fee.
