I am new to the area and found this place searching on Google Maps. It is a little hidden in a small strip of stores but worth finding. The place is clean, orderly and warm inside. Staff is friendly and helpful. The owner Imelda suggested a few things and I ordered Rellenos de Guisquill (sp!). While I waited they brought chips with salsa. My meal was Chayote (like yellow squash or even cactus) stuffed with cheese and covered with a delicious tomato sauce. It came with white rice, side salad & 2 fresh made tortillas. I had a large glass of unsweet tea with lime and it all came to less than $10 plus tip. Great, encouraging Christian music playing the whole time and a place genuinely glad you visited...more visits...

Delicious pupusas which is a corn tortilla that is a little thicker and with pork, bean or Cheese filling they are amazing. The baleada’s are delicious and in the picture you can see the filling they are price is just right. The mama Greta carne asada was good but a bit pricey and the quality of the steak is not that great. Flavors were...

The fish had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a bathroom smell, and was difficult to cut even with a spoon. The broth tasted like tap water, and the oyster had an off-putting smell, more like tap water than the fresh, ocean-like scent you would expect from seafood. It was evident that the soup was not freshly made; it seemed like it had been reheated with frozen seafood. While the service was good, the quality and freshness of the food...
