Me and my coworkers planned a little outing for lunch today and decided to go to McDonald's. Before I get into my experience here, I would like to touch up that I am a big fan of McDonalds, I firmly believe the McChicken is by far one of the best and most exquisite creations in fast food existence. It takes simplicity and delicacy wrapped up and placed in a brown paper bag stamped with the staple logo of the double golden arches. However, if I don't like a McChicken at any McDonalds I go to, I will not be hesitant to say so.
Now that I have gotten that out of my chest, today was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had at a McDonalds, period. It was 11 of us that came in, all with little to decent sized orders, and no one had to wait longer than expected for their food to arrive. There's really not much else to say about the service, everything was quick and straight to the point, as it should be. Good thing to point out was that the place was very packed since it was lunch rush hour, so that gets more points from me. Now.. for the food.. where do I even begin? The McChicken patty was amazingly cooked, crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Right amount of mayonnaise and just the right amount of lettuce. Bun was toasted to perfection as well, all with no extra grease on the sandwich. I also got a quarter pounder and a big mac (I didn't eat for roughly 16 hours before this, so I was very hungry), and the patties on both the sandwiches were amazingly cooked. Also noting that both sandwiches has the right amount of condiments and topping on them (the cheese on the quarter pounder was melted to perfection).
I limit myself on the amount of times I go to McDonalds, but having one of these days makes it extremely hard not to pull a Morgan Spurlock. This particular McDonalds is doing really well, and I am very very satisfied with my experience, however, I am a true believer that no experience will ever be perfect, since some will always be better than others in certain aspects, therefore, it gets a 4 out...
Read moreHad a a really bad experience today was my first time at this location which I regret even going. I ordered through the mobile app and was expecting my order to be very simple. I had my burgers plain and I wanted to try the 3 piece crispy strips and an iced coffee extra cream and extras sugar which specifically it said 3 extra cream 2 extra pumps of syrup. The coffee wa every dark and tasted burnt I asked the lady at the window for extra cream and she gives me one. I asked her for 4 more. The coffee was still with the burnt taste. I threw it out!! My food rates really old and the chicken strips you can tell we’re sitting in the heat tray way longer than it was supposed to the timers are suppose to be used for a reason since they are suppose to be following food expiration guidelines and probly ignore the timers set on the food. Overall experience has been the worse ones I’ve had in Raleigh. I called the location and get out me on hold. I will not be returning and definitely do not recommend if you’re in the area just go to Arby’s across the street or your better off going to the following McDonald’s...
Read moreTerrible service, I just went to buy something to eat and I placed my order at the speaker, I supposedly ordered a large quarter pound meal and when I went to the window where they deliver the food I checked my receipt and everything was fine, only the person who took my order gave me a large drink but medium fries, so I politely asked the lady who was delivering my food if she could please correct my order and she just said "what?" and she asked someone in the kitchen for a small fries and with a bad attitude and a bad face she gave me the fries and then I noticed that one of the drinks I ordered was a small sweet tea but they gave me two cokes so I was embarrassed and told her it was another drink and her face was worse, it's horrible that they treat customers like that, a horrible attitude, they should check that and train their workers better in customer service, I don't know what the lady's name is but I know she's Hispanic because I spoke to her in Spanish and she didn't even respond she always looked at me with a...
