During the week, this McDonald's isn't too bad, However, on the weekends, the service is absolutely horrendous with mostly high school kids working. Today, for example, I went through the drive-thru and after paying for my order pulled up to the window where I was given my drinks but asked to pull up to the curb and my food would be brought out to me. The other 3 or 4 parking spaces reserved for this purpose were already filled with others waiting on their food. I waited there for 12 minutes. During this 12 minutes, I was approached once by the "courier" running food out to cars who asked if 2 fish fillets were mine, which I told him they weren't. A few minutes later, another employee came out and asked me what my order was. After around 12 minutes, my order was finally brought out to me, but minus a double hamburger which I pointed out to the employee. He said he would go inside and get it for me. Another 5 minutes goes by and he finally reappears with my missing burger, hands it to me while never apologizing for the wait or the mistake. I drive off and as I get to the traffic light at Durant Rd., I pull out what is supposed to be my double hamburger to find a single, regular hamburger. I give up on this place. Read moreThis is the second time I’ve had an issue at this location when the app told me there was an issue with the system. I pull up to the drivethru and give my code. The employee says they found it but the food ordered isn’t matching. I ordered 2 McFlurrys (BOGO) through the app and that’s what was shown. On McDonald’s side, it’s showing $13 worth of food with the same code. The drivethru employee told me to go to the first window so they can see my phone. I pull up, show them my phone and they agree that there’s an error with the system but they didn’t know how to fix it. Then they sent me to the second window. I’m starting to explain the situation and another employee in a managerial position rudely interrupts me multiple times to tell me what’s on my phone and their system isn’t matching up. I asked her if she could let me finish explaining but she continued to interrupt to tell me I was wrong. It went on for 5 minutes. I don’t know what happened but they ended up finding my order. Read moreI went there around 12am and the man who took our order at the drive thru had the nastiest attitude. Didn’t answer when I was ready to order and when I asked if he was there got real loud with me. Then proceeded to act like I was a causing trouble and shoved my food at me.
Add on 5/27/23 Sent my bf out again to this location and it was the same fiasco. We ordered online and our payment went through, when he went to the drive thru the lady said our order wasn’t in the system. We showed her that our payment went through and that we wanted a refund or our order and she got very loud and rude. When we got the manager Diana over she proceeded to tell us that we didn’t actually order our food (which we showed her the receipt and the app.) SHE PROCEEDED TO START WHINING AND BANGING ON THE COUNTER, I’ve never felt with such trash like that before and I hope McDonald considers hiring people...
