Subway — Restaurant in Raleigh

I have been getting steak sandwiches from Subway for a while, but today I felt like going back to my old staple of the over roasted chicken breast. Woman A started to help me and couldn't figure out what I was talking about with the breast so asked woman B and they said the chicken was now the rotisserie. I was very confused why they didn't have the breast and I kept asking which chicken was the same as the breast and if the rotisserie had any seasoning to make it taste different. Finally I googled and found they discontinued the breast this past October. Woman B was saying it wasn't possible. Woman A finished making my sandwich, but she wasn't paying much attention because I said ok to the rotisserie chicken twice before she put it on. I also asked for mayo twice and didn't see her put it on. So after I paid, I opened my sandwich and no mayo. Woman B called woman A back to help me and woman A disappeared to bring me back mayo packets. They were light mayo, and I said sorry, I'd like regular mayo. So woman B takes my sandwich and puts twice the amount of mayo on that is needed, and woman A walks away saying, "Oh my God". There was lots of speaking between the women in another language as well, so I am sure they were annoyed with me as much as I was frustrated with them. A gentleman did come in during this to work on one of the machines but did not speak...

the manager who works over there she’s very rude and poor customer service she was going to sell me the steak sandwich was the leftover the scoops of steak was not full and when I asked her to make it full scoop she said that she was not going to do that either I buy the half scoop of steak sandwich she fixed to me or she’s not selling to me at all , I told her that I am the customer buying I am not getting anything free , If i am not satisfied for what i am buying so that mean you need fixe the problem not to tell me that if you don’t get want i am fixing for you, I am not selling anything even when you selling me something is left over and half scoop of steak I so I am obligated to buy it simply because you are the manager, that was so mean and poor customer service , instead of fixe the problem and make me satisfied for what is right but you are chasing me away from buying the steak sandwich , don’t go buy sandwich in this place there are very unprofessional, poor customer service and rude I feel like they just don’t want satisfied the customer which is very wrong and sad for the restaurant don’t know how satisfied the customer, I don’t even know what kind of business they doing over there avoid this place...

Had not been to this store in several months due to the lack of the store being open during normal business hours ( hours they listed on the door). Would not make tea for us the last time we went ( no tea at 12:45). Food was good though. Went today, 10/18/2020, and the employees had a really hard time understanding us. Had to point to everything we wanted as far as meats and bread and some of the veggies and all the toppings. Really frustrating to the point we just took what they put on and left some things off. So much time spent explaining that the food got cold. Several choices of fountain drinks not working properly and of course no tea. Will continue to frequent the six...
