Just ate at this restaurant. I ordered house fried rice with no onions and boneless spare ribs and my wife ordered something different. We spent about 40 dollars on this meal. When we were handed our order I ask for plates because we decided to eat there. She said they don’t give plates. And then I ask what the tables were for? And the response was, “oh plates cost 5 cents”. Paid 10 cents for the plates and sat down starting eating my meal and this is what my rice looked like. Some of the rice was clumped together and it was overcooked. I ask her was this normal showing her the tray of rice and she said yes. Please view the photos I have with this post. This is the first and last time I come to this restaurant. The food was nasty and the customer service unprofessional.

The smell from this place is so rotten. They thaw their food overnight in the kitchen. Not even in the coolers. They leave the back a mess. They have roaches bad. The smell stinks up the other surrounding businesses before the restaurant is even opening because of their horrible food handling and hygiene. How anyone eats here is beyond me. The health inspectors were there today because of their horrible food smell.

Call in order not ready when I arrived. Wings were tiny and old tasting... Very tough to chew. They looked terrible, but I thought it was the grease. The onions in the rice had a bad flavor and were not fresh. I will go to the Rogers Lane location next time because this food was prepared for the indigent population who frequent the area. Yuck!

This place clearly doesn’t know how to run their business. Trying to place a TO-GO order is a nightmare. Be prepared to be hung up on at least twice, placed on hold for 10+ minutes, and/or my favorite having the phone placed on the counter until you give up, hang up, and can’t call back because the phone is off the hook. Simply trying to order food becomes a test of your persistence and your hunger for mediocre Chinese food. I’ve stood in the restaurant (seemingly the only way you can order) and watched the woman behind the counter do all of these things with the phone as well as having them done to me. Bring a book for your wait time in the restaurant as well because even though they aren’t taking any phone orders, they still somehow can’t manage to have a decent wait time in the store either.

I gave a pass for my first experience here given that it was a snow day. But on a random Saturday watching this happen again, being hung up on 3 times trying to call and notify that I’d been give. The wrong order, and driving all the way back to get a refund and no apology, that was it for me. Goodbye forever...

Ordered house special fried rice and there was nothing special about it, only the price match. It had one shrimp and the rest was rice, no chicken, no beef, very very light pork! Food was nasty, owner lady was rude with the customers as well as the poor employees in the back. They are also cheap as what kind of restaurant doesn’t have any plates, nor want to give you any hot sauce??! Only reason I went here is because the Wangs Kitchen 5min away off Roger’s Lane by the food lion & sheets gas station is closed Tuesdays and I was craving Chinese, otherwise if you are looking for bomb food and bomb service make your self a favor and drive an extra 5min down the road. Been going to that Chinese restaurant for 20years and never have I been disappointed. Their house special fried rice use to even have egg, they don’t anymore bc is probably expensive but they always make sure to put good meat and Chinese roots and all! This place on the other hand, disgusting to say...

I WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.!! I ended up at thisnlocation on accident trying to call the location I frequent forgetting that it was Monday and they are closed. The lady working the front and answering the phones is rude, she brushes you off and has no customer service skills. Yes the language barrier is clear but she continued to brush me off trying to push something on me that I wasn't trying to get. I'm asking her questions to gain clarification and she wasn't trying to give me any just want me to buy what she thought that I wanted. With uh huh yeah and okay. Uh huh yeah and okay. The General TSO chicken was full of the sauce which causes the chicken to become soft and mushy on top of not having any real taste. I'm not sure how this location still receives business. It was merely Luke warm when we had tobwait on them to prepare it, I think. Also the fried rice tasts like they recooked it/burnt it. The experience at this location was less...
