Overall Rating: 4.9/10 This venue offers basic amenities and service, with a straightforward layout and decent online ordering system, though the food and overall value leave much to be desired.
Atmosphere: 5.2/10 The restaurant features a standard setup with a decent amount of seating and TVs, divided into two main sections for a somewhat unique layout. This design offers a functional space for casual dining.
Service: 5.1/10 Service was competent, with a straightforward online ordering system that was easy to navigate. The lack of Apple Pay might be a minor inconvenience for some. Orders were prepared and ready for pickup on time, showcasing efficiency in handling takeout orders.
Food:
Red Velvet Shake: 5.3/10 This shake was well-made with perfect texture, but it was overly sweet, which might not appeal to everyone. The presentation allowed for a generous amount of whipped cream, adding to its appeal.
BBQ Burger: 3.9/10 The burger was underwhelming, served only well-done, which might not suit all tastes. The bun was average, and the patty lacked flavor. While the crispy bacon added a nice touch, the BBQ mustard sauce did not complement the burger well.
Loaded Cheese Curds: 4.9/10 These reminded more of something one might find in the frozen section of a grocery store rather than a restaurant-quality dish. Despite the addition of crispy real bacon, the overall quality and price point did not align, making it feel overpriced.
Buffalo Chicken Fingers: 6.5/10 Although the portion size was small, the chicken fingers were flavorful and made with white meat, making them one of the more satisfactory items.
Cheese Steak: 5.7/10 The steak itself was tasty, but the accompanying cheese sauce and the basic, under-toasted bread diminished the overall enjoyment of the dish.
Value: 3.3/10 At $63 for three people, the value was poor considering the quality and quantity of the food provided. The pricing did not reflect an adequate return on investment, making it difficult to justify based on the overall...
Read moreFirst time coming here. When we got there we were rudely told to wait, it did seem busy so we were ok with that, assuming they were just having a bad day. We ordered, the food came out pretty quick. I ordered a burger combo large fries and small drink. I also ordered a side of the spicy cheese curds. When our food came out, there was a burger with the spicy cheese curds, and fries on another platter. Assuming I was the only one that ordered the curds, I assumed it was my plate. Everyone sat down and started eating when my sister said her burger was wrong. I looked at hers and then mine and we realized they were supposed to be swapped. I did take a couple bites of mine, but she said she would go back and see if they can swap out hers correctly. She then came back because the guy behind the counter was very rude and said he wouldn’t replace it and then came to our table and pointed at mine saying this was the correct burger very rudely. We were taken back. It is our first time here, we didn’t know it was incorrect, and it wouldn’t have happened if they put the curds with the correct burger. Needless to say it ruined our lunch. It was a farewell lunch for my sister who was flying out tomorrow, and honestly after todays service, it was a farewell lunch to wayback burger as well. We are not one to cause a scene, but for a $12+ burger you would think the accuracy would be correct. It’s too bad because the food was actually great, but the lack of customer service will forever drive us away from this place. Instead go to Bonchon’s Korean Fried Chicken or Steve’s Place in the same shopping center, that have great food and great customer service, and skip on...
Read moreWhen this place first opened they made you feel like a valued customer. However, over the last 3 months the quality of service has gone downhill and continues to nose dive. I order the same thing on my burger no matter where I go. The last 3-4 visits they have continually screwed up my order. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered lettuce tomato mustard pickle and American cheese on my burger. Apparently the girl running the register with the manager looking over her shoulder couldn't seem to understand plain English and forgot to hit the tomato key. When I got my sandwich it was devoid of tomato. I went back up and asked for my tomato. The manager said I didn't order tomato and then wanted to argue with me over it. I explained to him I was simply tired of arguing with him every time I come in. He kept arguing so I asked him.. Would you like to lose a customer? He kept running his lips so I told him he just lost a customer. I guess our every Wednesday business doesn't matter to him. But what he fails to realize... It's not just me but everyone I come into contact and who reads this review may choose to never come into their store. If you don't take care of the customer someone else will. I surely will never set foot in there again. You guys don't have enough business to treat people this way. And imagine all the people I told about this place and how...
