Hobby Lobby — Local services in Raleigh

They must have new management at this Hibby Lobby. 2 disappointing trips in last month or so. This is my 5th Christmas season shopping there. Prior years could find everything I needed for the Christmas crafts that I make this year. Left without what I needed both times as this year it is severely lacking the excellent organization I had come to expect. Even the staff who work had to assist customers are not able to locate specific items as staff have been told to "just fill the shelves," without following the formerly used diagram delineating where things were to be placed. This new manager appears to have no comprehension of how much earlier Christmas craft must be done, as crafters need time to make the items, not just wrap them. So, at this time , nit being able to wait for this Hobby Lobby store to get it's act together, dwelt to a Dollar Tree, where I had to settle for a reasonable substitute for what, while it was at Hobby Lobby, couldn't be located. Where to even begin?

This store has so many different things to go through and look at. Art supplies, to furniture, to home decor, to seasonal themes. It's fantastic.

The store is always organized and clean, I've yet to go in and the store be messy. It's easy to navigate, although there is so much to get distracted by.

The beads and charms section has thousands of options to choose from, my favorite would have to be the fairy tale selection. The Comics selection is great as well.

There different crafting supplies give you a wide variety to choose from to finish any of your projects.

The custom framing is fantastic, much cheaper than the other places located close by. The framers work one on one with you to help you pick out the perfect frame for your pictures and paintings.

I just love this store, it's dangerous for me to go in because I always leave with something. If you're an Artist, Hobbiest, or anything of the sort and you haven't been by this Hobby Lobby yet, I highly recommend you swinging by when you have...

HORRIBLE experience today.. my mother-in-law just recently purchased a sewing machine from this location, upon taking it home, she quickly realized that it was faulty. If anybody knows anything about sewing machines it’s my mother-in-law, she is a guru. She works in a factory for the past 10 years and when she’s not at work. She’s at home still on her sewing machine. Well once she realized that the machine was not working properly. She tried to return to the store today, but the employees weren’t helpful and said they could do nothing for her. She paid over $250 for this sewing machine, the store manager got involved. He was not at all helpful either, upsetting to spend this kind of money with no resolution on top of all dealing with the worst customer service experience possible.. she left the store crying today completely upset. I am so upset not only because there was no resolution but because of the way she was treated completely. Unacceptable will never be returning to this...
