Every time I order here there is always a problem. The staff is always lazy and the staff management isn’t much better. They always come across with an attitude as if you’re bothering them or interrupting their day. My last order was on March 16 at 9:46 PM. I ordered two whoppers with cheese and I also ordered a double cheeseburger meal (large size). The two offers were ice cold with no cheese that I paid extra for by the way, and the double cheeseburger meal came with everything but the double cheeseburger. The sad part about this is that I called and spoke to the manager when I placed the order so she would know exactly what I wanted and because I had problems with the previous order. She assured me that everything would be fine and it was not fine. So today I called to speak to the manager that’s on duty and she says that she is the general manager Tiffany. She kept over talking me, not even wanting to hear me out, I don’t understand why everyone at Burger King has such an attitude, but the last time I checked, I’m a customer and I spent my money there and I feel like I deserve a little bit more courtesy as a customer. She goes on to tell me that she’ll take care of one of the whoppers and the double cheeseburger. I told her I appreciate the offer, but what she doesn’t understand is that I did not call to get something free. I called because every time I place an order, and even go as far as I speak to the manager before they complete the order, and it never comes back the way that I want it. Isn’t it Burger King the one that always says have it your way? Well, apparently that’s not what’s going on here because you’re gonna have it their way, and if you don’t like it then that’s too bad for you. I feel that this restaurant has been less than standard since it’s been open here in my area. There’s a reason that I continue to go to McDonald’s, which is across the street Because at least at McDonald’s they get your order right and if you call back regarding the order, they won’t make you feel like you’re the problem, as if you were there to make the food. I don’t even think I’m gonna go back to get the free food that they offered me today. They’re missing the point and they just don’t understand that people will want to spend money with you if you just listen and stop with all the attitude. I’m very disappointed in Burger King and I don’t think I’ll be spending any more money with them. I think I’m done, in fact, I know I’m done. They don’t need to call back and speak to me about anything because I don’t want it, but I want every want to know about the service that I’ve received for the Burger King in Raleigh on Capitol Boulevard near 540 the service sucks and the people have all this attitude...
Read moreIf I could guve them zero stars u would. Pulled yo, the menu is broken. No one answers on the intercom thing. After waitinf 10 minutes, i pull up behind the car i. Front of me figuring they are taking orders at the window.
After another 10 to 15 minutes, i am at rhe window and the guy tells me it the menue thing is working again a d i have to pull around and wait in line again to order food. He said he was telling everyone that.
So i pull back around and the menu thing is still broken. The manager is standing at the back door, but when i yell to try to get her attention, she does not look.
So i go around the ine car that is at the menu (all the other people whi were there that could not order at the intercom or window left).
So i pulled back up to the window and told another guy that the menu was still broken and he said the manager was not allowing anyone to accept orders at the window.
So i asked to speak to the manager and told her that at this point i had been waiting for close to 30 minutes and could not find a way to order.
She accused me of skipping line snce she saw me a minute ago..which was strange since she would nit acknowledge me when i was trying to get her attention.
When i asked if they could take my order at the window since i had already been through the line once and could order.
She said her person always says hold on a minute when a car pulls up but could not explain why i waited for 10 mintues with no one saying anything on the intercom.
When he guy if said anything, he did not now. She shrugged and said she did not serve line skippers. The fact that it was now 40 minutes of me sitting in a burger king and i had done the whole line thing, made no difference.
The fact that he told me the system was fixed , when it was not...meant nothing. She said siad he could not know if it was fixed bcause he could not see out there. She mad when i asked why he told me it was fixed.
I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant nor been called a lyer before.
I will not be going back to that location and possibility other locations
And corporate BK, no i don't want to have to use a chatbot...
Read moreWent there on 2/14/2019 Valentine's day at 10am.. the young African American young lady was rude and probably needs to be retrained in the area of customer service... I asked if burger King sold coffee at any other time besides breakfast and her response was why would we make a pot of coffee just because you want a cup..we won't sell any more of it after you get a cup. I didn't appreciate her tone nor did I appreciate her attempt to let me know that I was worth nothing to Burger King if I wasn't ordering what was on the menu at that time... just in case she didn't notice, I am a customer!! If you have to make a pot of coffee to keep me coming back then that is what you should have done.. Poor customer service.. She even said maybe you should go to McDonald's if you want coffee...wow.. whoever put her in the drive thru window might even need to be reconsidered as a manager..This left a very bad taste in my mouth and the nuggets we're old and soggy to top it off.. I threw them out of my driver's side window and took her advice.. went to McDonald's and got a great cup of coffee good warm food and more importantly great customer service!!!! I will never ever eat at this burger King nor would I recommend this location to anyone whom I care about. Also if the sign in the drive thru says a 10 piece nugget for a dollar instead of snatching it down in my face after I order it the least you could do is honor the advertised price especially since you couldn't give me what I came for in the first place!
