I came in for a gel polish change. The woman at the front told me to pick a color on the wall (the gel colors are in a box to the side). After choosing a color, they informed me they me that they did not have that color in gel, which was fine. The problem occurred when I asked for my toe nails to be filed or cut down a bit and to get a cleaner square shape. I explained that I liked the shape but the length was just a little too long for my liking. I also said I’m not sure if u need to cut it or filed down, I just wanted it shorter and square. The woman got upset and asked what did I want with a frustrated tone.

I have been getting my nails done for many years now, and I have always been asked what shape or would I like them shorter. I was confused as to why she had the attitude but it was not appreciated. I also did not appreciate the side comments about what I wanted, as if I made a mistake about MY toes.

I ended up loving the white on my toes but the shape was not clean and her snippy service...

First and foremost I want to say my pedicure service was EXCELLENT! That is where it stops. The prices were high. The ambiance is lackluster. The older male is nice. The lady at the first table is horrible and rude.. The younger guy did an excellent job with my pedicure. If I was rating just him, it would be 5 stars.

I am used to paying top dollar for nice facilities and great service. That is not the case there. They have pricing for pedicure posted, but not nails. Gel is an additional $15 which is higher than any place I've gone in the country. They do not use acrylic, but do not make this known until they give you a price and you don't understand where the extra cost comes from. A fullset with nail removal is $60. I declined. If I was explained that the price was for gel vs acrylic, I would not have had a problem, but I was not told that until Ms. Rude Lady stormed off and said it as she was walking away. Been knowing T since she left Majestic years ago, decided to transition to her after my tech at majestic left. Things started off great until we had an issue with my brows. She got an attitude because I told her that one brow was different from the other, she told me I could go somewhere else so guess what that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
