I just returned home from your restaurant and it was quite possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had. The server asked our party of four what we'd like to drink when greeting our table 10 minutes after we were sat, one hour after we waited for a table, and we told her 4 ice waters to start. She asked if we all wanted ice and we said yes. She returned with four waters and no ice. My husband then ordered a sweet tea. This never came, and when I asked the server to take if off the bill at the end of our meal, she asked if we wanted it to go. We politely declined. My father and step mother had literal pieces of food floating in our water glass so we asked for new glasses. She returned with 4 waters (still no ice) in to go cups. The busser came over and grabbed our waters a few minutes later, which was bizarre, as you would think the server would take the dirty dishes away as soon as possible. After waiting 45 minutes for our food to arrive, everyone got their meal but me, who was brought the wrong entree. 15 minutes later, my food finally came out. The knife in my rollup had food on it (not from me), so I asked for different knife. I could not eat my food, as it was clearly microwaved and was inedible. I pushed my food to the side and 10 minutes later, the waitress came over while wiping a dirty knife in front of me with a napkin and told me that they were washing dishes in the back because the dishwasher broke. This is baffling on so many levels. 1. I had already told her I was done. 2. Why would you not just bring a knife from another rollup? 3. Why would you tell me your dishwasher was broken when this was clearly not an issue for any other table. After all of the issues we encountered, no manager ever came to check on us. I am now home and making myself food since I wasted two hours of my life at your restaurant...
Read moreService was Absolutely Horrendous. A tall Black Male (no Name Tag) waited on us and I explained this was our First Visit. (1) Five Separate Times I Attempted to Get Clarification: The Specific Listing for the Salmon Frittata stated it was served with mixed greens but the top of the "Omelette/ Frittata" section stated they came with Additional Sides (from fruit to grits, etc). As a Former Waitress I took it Literally: the Dish "came with" but All Omelette/Frittatas came with a Choice of "these sides too". When my Plate came (2) minus the stated "Preserves" for the Toast, I asked where was the Fruit I had ordered and he became (3) Very Belligerant and Distinctly Rude: As he Walked away he Then said (4) "It's Pretty Simple" in a Very Derogatory and Demeaning Way. In the Meantime, --Although waiting Quite awhile--My Husband (5) Finally had Get Up and Ask for the Sugar Free Syrup to go with His Multigrain Pancake and (6) we Never Did get a Refill of Coffee (coffee pot Empty) til the Manager brought me One to Go. Her Name was "Leigh" and after I Explained that when Spending $14 for an Egg Dish it Kind of Makes sense to Know what you are Getting, I then Showed her the Menu. She Explained it was a New Menu and Read Out Loud, she Agreed it (7) WAS Misleading (by the way, the photographed Paper ones shown Here were posted over a Year Ago). Leigh did offer us Discount Coupons and an Apology but Regardless: for a Higher End Restaurant, I Would have Expected Much Better Service and The Low End Attitude was By No Means Acceptable nor Appreciated...we Will Not be Returning, Nor Will we Advise Any of Our...

Service / Atmosphere: 7.3/10 The process of taking down phone numbers for table readiness ensures a smooth flow of guests. The staff's friendliness and respectfulness, along with special touches like a kids' coloring menu and immediate coffee service, set a positive tone. The cleanliness and spacious layout accommodate many diners comfortably.
Food:
The Works Omelette: 7.1/10 A standout for its fluffy texture without being greasy, enhanced by the addition of crispy bacon that elevates the dish.
Brooklyn Pastrami Egg Sandwich: 8.1/10 An excellent choice for brunch, loaded with ingredients that make every bite interesting. The perfectly cooked pastrami and egg require no additional sauces to shine. The bun was very good as well.
Holey Doughnuts: 6.9/10 Small, hot doughnut balls served with jam or chocolate sauce options. While the jam was delightful and the doughnuts crispy, the dough itself lacked a bit of flavor.
Side Potatoes: 5.5/10 An average side dish that would benefit from longer cooking for added crispiness and more seasoning for flavor. The potatoes were just a little too hard.
Mango Fruit Drink: 7.4/10 A refreshing and well-flavored drink, served ice cold, providing a pleasing balance of taste and refreshment.
Value: 7.2/10 At $50 before tax for three people, the price is justified by the quality of the food and the overall...
