I love Subway, but I am very disappointed with how I was treated during my last visit at this particular Subway. The workers were rude and very disrespectful of me. After having my sandwich toasted, the worker placed my sandwich behind another customer's order. She then demanded 'what veggies will be on the this sandwich'. I explained she misplaced my sandwich behind the other sandwiches. She shouted 'I do not care' and allowed the other customers to cut in front of me.
The staff was very hasty. They rang me out before I was able to swipe my rewards card. And placed my food as if I wanted to dine in without asking. As I walked away it seemed they were mocking me with their laughs. I ate the first half of the poorly made sub and asked for the other half to be wrapped. She uttered a rude comment and wrapped the sandwich very slowly. I am not the type of person to write reviews, however this ruined my day. I immediately called to tell them and didn't get anywhere! Door dash went back and forth with Subway. Subway said they would send me free coupons for another time. Great! I wanted the item's I ordered now! Never got one thing from them! Then a Lady by the name of Misty emails me, tells me she is sorry and hopes I get a refund? Hopes?? Doordash told me I Would. I never received a telephone call advising me they were out of bread so unable to make a sandwich. I was told that the managers often scale back on bread to eliminate waste at the end of the day and they often have to tell people they're unable to provide their sandwich after it's been ordered and paid for. It gets better, I then was advised that he's also unable to refund my money but I can stop by another day maybe on my way home and get a free sandwich. I pointed out it's not really free when I've already paid for something they can't give me and refused to refund me for.
