AI took our order, we got to the window and were asked to pull to the front of the store to wait for our food. We waited 16 minutes before our food was brought out and then they brought out the wrong burgers for my disabled daughter. We had to go back through the drive through since the dining room was closed and had to wait behind multiple cars, got up to the window and the girl demanded we give the original incorrect burgers back (which I don’t believe is allowed per food safety/handling rules) and took our receipt from us. When the correct burgers were ready I asked for our receipt back and she rolled her eyes, grabbed it from the counter and slammed the window in our face. Not even an apology for the wrong order being brought out not to mention this whole ordeal took over 30 minutes from the time we placed our order. Wrong food + horrible customer service = we...

We ordered a burger and explicitly told them not to put any bacon. They still have us a burger with bacon. While in the drive thru we asked them to give us a NEW burger without bacon. They took of some of the bacon and repackaged the SAME BURGER that STILL HAD BACON BITS. We have strict dietary restrictions against bacon. They lied and deceived us and made us eat bacon. We came back to complain to the manager. The manager was extremely rude and was harassing us. She was extremely disrespectful and discriminatory against us. She did not even address the issue and just went straight to call the cops. Completely unprofessional. We are traumatized by the whole ordeal. We never thought we’d be harassed so much at a fast food place. Complete disregard of our religion...

order my food on the app thinking it was going to be a faster service then proceeded to drive through told them ordered on the app and I was told to drive forward a car pulled up behind me order their food when the guy finally got to the window you read me back the car behind me is order that ordered not my order then told me to go to the front of the building and wait for my food to be done and in doing so the car behind me had already got their food and left the car behind that got their food and left two people walked in and got their food and left and yet I still waited 21 minutes for two burgers this is my worst fast food experience ever and when I walked in to get my food they had it sitting there in a bag ready but the guy never brought it...
