As a fast food employee, (not for McDonald's) I do understand when there is a rush and very liitle employees on clock, it gets complicating you have separate employees doing separate positions, These positions include: •DRIVE THROUGH: (sometimes two people are on) •CASHIER: witch has to take orders in store •COOKS: •FRYERS: Witch both are on time limit since your ordering burgers, french fries, ect.. •FRONT CLEANERS:
#1 RULE COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!!
Now all thees employees also have other tasks to complete. Example depending on how many employees are there; each of them have a station.
#1 CLEAN YOUR OWN STATIOAIN #2 MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INVENTORY SO UR PREPARED FOR GUEST #3 ALWAYS BE IN A POSITIVE MOOD AT WORK #5 WHEN COSTUMERS ARE UP DON'T TALK TO YOUR OTHER COWORKERS GET UR JOB DONE AND ORDERS OUT AND EVEN STILL IF IT'S EMPTY CLEAN AND TALK VERY UNPROFECIONAL WHEN YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS.
DRIVETHROUGH: fills drinks if shakes are ordered make shakes receive total amount of money for order and prepare the drive through order and make sure it's correct. CASHIER'S: take ur order make sure everthing is correct, also fill to go orders and send them out not every fast food restaurant's think to ask if you would like condiments because of other costumers in line needing to be helped before they leave upset. Plus you have rude customers and xustomers that want to take ten - twenty minutes to order just a couple items. COOKS: are always on a timer for the food to prepare there are still procedures they have to follow to make sure the food is cooked all the way. With special sandwiches they have to try the fastest they can to make the item exactly how it shows on the monitor. FRYERS: handle french fries witch are also timed for cooking so they will be fully cooked, McChickens have to be fried to a certain tempature for a certain time, chicken nuggest witch are popular right now also have to be fried for a certain amount of time plus tempature. FRONT CLEANERS: Have to bust tables alot of the time the customers dont care about leaving thiere trash, since its thier job right? That is not correct they are not at work to clean up after adults fully capable of doing so themselves, however they do it to keep the restaurant clean. THESE ARE JUST EXAMPLES EVERY RESTRAINT IS DIFFERENT!
I have been disappointed a couple times but this specific store is always busy what do you expect they try to do the best they can as fast as possible. They always fix the mistakes made so no need to complain they understand where they made a mistake and if they chose to keep thier job they will realize and prevent it from happening again. It does put very much stress on the employees when they are being yelled at, down graded, or even when ur just rude and cant say thank you but they still stay keep a smile on thier face and say thank you have a nice day and put up with it because they need the job or either love it while ur making it harder on them everyone needs a job is better then selling drugs or in jail maybe even prison for murder or robbery right? Notice the small things in life. There are pleanty of other mcdonalds if this one is not for you but to me for how busy they always are I think they do a...
Read moreThis place is horrible first and foremost. This is my neighborhood McDonald’s. We try to enjoy the essence of having something quick and easy on the go. However, I must say this location is trash. We’ve had countless situations where we didn’t take the heart, but yet we still considered going back. My kid caught food poisoning at one time the food is always 50-50. I was extremely excited to say that the steak egg bagel had resurface back on the menu which I was ecstatic for. I caught wind, I went immediately to go grab one I went 2weeks ago and now I have to say it was about 20 minutes before breakfast had ended, i ordered the sandwich, & was extremely excited when I got home took my first bite. I noticed the bagel was over toasted. It tasted burnt. It was dry didn’t taste fresh. The cheese looked old around the edges, as if it was sitting out they barely, put a drop Of breakfast sauce on the bagel, needless to say, I don’t know what type of stake they’re using but it’s not the same as before. When I tell you, the onions was dry As if they were sitting for quite some time it just didn’t taste the same like before, so I didn’t judge them. I said well maybe I’ll try next time went to the same location and yet today was even horrifying. I asked for extra breakfast sauce, I didn’t get, I asked for light toasted, I did not get, the cheese was the same consistency as before and when I tell you the disrespect on giving me three onions, caramelized onions was extremely disrespectful, but what adopted off was how dry which looks like a hamburger patty, wasn’t a steak it looked and felt like it was a hamburger patty it was so dry. I drove literally five minutes back to the location just to get my money back. What makes it so sad is that they have a lot of Senior citizens cooks They were moving, so slow, as if they’re bones was aching, and actually feel sorry the fact that the elder lady was holding onto the food line table ( While, she was making breakfast sandwiches ) to walk Told me that she probably had been at this since 5 AM And at that point of time she was just throwing stuff together. This was Unacceptable that I have to drive To an outside location just to receive good quality food. This is our neighborhood McDonald’s and they need to be held. Accountable management sucks the people that work there sucks they have no Sense of direction when it comes to giving out Fresh product. I remember back in time where we couldn’t wear false nails I noticed that a lot of times this location the females have them long Stiletto nails. They’re preparing food with no gloves which makes sense from the food poisoning. We got back several months ago
Y’all need a NEW TEAM MANAGEMENT...
Read moreDon't ever go here when using the mobile app. I waited 42 minutes for my food for curbside pickup. At 15 minutes in I called and the woman who answered was terribly rude, I let her know I was checking in as I had waited 15 minutes an no one else was there and she asked "So what's the problem" I let her know that I was just checking to make sure they got the order as I had been waiting and she put down the phone to do some tasks, picked it back up and stated "if there isn't a problem I'm going to hang up the phone now". At 25 minutes in I was tired if waiting for a SMALL order. I went inside and waited at the register for someone to help, after a few minutes without help went outside. At 35 minutes of waiting for an order I went inside and a man helped me and was also TERRIBLY rude. He said I should have gone drive-thru or come inside or called cause they had no way of seeing my order. I let him know he should see it as it's through the app but REGARDLESS I did call twice (the second time no one answered) and came in and wasn't helped. Nevertheless it's unreasonable to be treated with the terrible customer service I had and I just want my food. He continued to tell me it wasn't his fault and tell me what I "should have done". I was still polite and let him know I wasn't blaming anything on him or trying to argue I just want my food and to communicate that this was not okay. He continued to not listen to me and tell me he doesn't have my order even after I gave him my phone and informed him I did call about the order again (because he kept saying I should have called or gone through the drive thru). He then gives me half of my order and I leave with a total time of 42 minutes at the restaurant. I called a few minutes later after I got home to see all of my order was not there letting them know I wanted to talk to the manager. They never called or returned my call. I know this is one of the worst McDonald's in the area but I cannot stress how disappointed I was with the service. I'm not trying to be rude and I know this post does not in anyway affect McDonald's but the restaurant has had no communication and neither has corporate so this is it and this is my...
