First and only time I'll probably ever go to Cane's. Apparently their rewards card is something you can only get by asking a crew member and I announced it was my first time and I was really excited at the first window the girl was very friendly and nice but no one mentioned a rewards card including the people at the second window. I overheard a manager saying something about the team in the background and it sounded like it not be a positive place to work but some kind of communication glitch because even the girl with the second window seemed miffed when I said it's my first time here and I love sauces what other sauces can I try? And she mentioned the honey mustard so I had one each of these two sauces I got the box combo.
I didn't download the app fast enough to try to use anything in line so I looked at it when I got home and that's when I found the rewards card is something you have to ask for and then register online and then you'll get a free box combo which I had just ordered!
They also need to implement that little trick where you have a little are hole in the corner of the box so that things that are meant to be crispy aren't soggy almost immediately.
The batter on the chicken fingers looked so appealing and had no flavor whatsoever I guess they're relying on the sauce for that. The honey mustard was good I didn't like the Cane's sauce much it was very vinegary and I have a wide range of sauces I really like. The fries were just okay and almost no seasoning the coleslaw was fine although it was warm from being in the box for all of 7 minutes to my trip home.
I sprinkled garlic powder on my chicken fingers so they would have some flavor.
Dumped the app, won't be going back, probably like, ever.
I went there approximately 11:00 p.m. on a Sunday night and I was one of only three people in...

I asked 3 times at the intercom if I could have an extra side of the orange sauce and a side of ketchup, after the 4th time of trying to asking the woman with white French tip nails and long braids, I gave up. I asked her forget it and just please give me the sandwich combo as it is donāt worry about the sauces. She didnāt say anything and then read my total. I didnāt think it was an issue until it was time to pay, and as I was pulling up, her coworker in blue was watching me thru the window as I was driving and then came up to the drive thru window and said to the woman working the drive thru, āmake sure she gets no sauce and donāt even ask her if she wants anyā ā¦.I donāt understand why she had to watch me like a stalker, then act so petty and hold back the other girl from giving me regular customer service. If she couldnāt hear me at the intercom then I was going for plan B and going to ask at the window. Both of them were laughing and whispering to themselves and then the French tip girl just put the bag of food in my face, no smiles, just pure pettiness and unsettling vibes. I got home and it looks like they decided to just give me the bottom of the bin of fries, their were no regular fries, just over fried bits of potatoes. Itās crazy how these two girls did all this and I have to write this but my experience didnāt sit well with me, just bad people working in the wrong field and not having patience...

Conclusion This restaurant was pretty good. Staffs seem very respectful towards one another, helped one another, all were smiling (at least all the ones I saw), food was good, the tables I saw were all clean and bathroom was clean. For a fast food, this restaurant was great!...
