Subway — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

I just tried to go here a while ago.. They lock the doors and close earlier than posted hours. My family with 2 toddlers and husband was hit with unexpected lack of food truck at Logoff (they left early) and I walked to this location to get something to feed my family, arriving 5 minutes before 6. Lights were out and people inside were mopping just looked at me annoyed despite the posted hours saying 6pm. Every other restaurant and business I know gives their workers an extra half hour or more past close to lock up and do their closing duties, and only customers that enter before the posted hours are served. Is this one so badly run that the employees need to scurry and put things away early so they can go home on time? Don't go here anytime close to opening or closing, seems like from other reviews they aren't very reliable in...

The women at the location at 3040 Sunrise Blvd Rancho Cordova refuses to toast my sandwiches saying you can’t get the flatbread toasted as it will turn the bread hard. I’ve been getting the flatbread toasted for 10+ years. When I disagreed that it turned the flatbread hard, she then said, you could not choose online to have it toasted so we can’t toast it because it’s against policy. I said, even if I ask you, you’re going to refuse? Then one gal told the other girl to be quiet and that she would toast the two sandwiches. I have never been treated so rudely at a Subway location in my life. I told her all I heard was that I should go to another location. I hope the owner sees this. The owner at the one we went to every week in El Segundo California would be appalled at any of his regular customers being treated this...

The girl in the drive through with the accent is so rude. I was ordering and mid sentence she literally raised her voice and asked me what veggies I wanted. I had let them know that last time I went there you guys put tomatoes in my sandwich and I am highly allergic to tomatoes and I’m assuming she didn’t like that. I was nothing but polite I don’t like causing a scene over little mistakes I understand it happens I’ve worked in food service myself but she was so unprofessional. I pulled up to the drive through and she was still so rude and didn’t say a word, she noticed I was paying on apply, pointed the scanner towards me I payed and she then slammed the sliding door.
