I wanted to order my sister some flowers for her birthday. I have never had good luck order flowers. They always end up looking nothing like the picture of the flowers I order and are usually a lot smaller too. I always end up disappointed. So not only was I nervous to order flowers because of that, I was also ordering them from out of state. I chose Morningside Florist "just because" I stumbled upon them on my Google search. They had good reviews and their prices were reasonable so I said why not. I am sooo impressed and happy with the arrangement she received!!! The flowers are beautiful and it actually looks just like the picture I ordered and she loved them! You can tell they really take their time when making arrangements. I will only use them when I need to order flowers for my family in the Sacramento area and will tell all my other out of state family as well. Thank you...

Rachel understood exactly what we were looking for, even if we didn't have an exact photo to replicate and needed many different arrangement styles! Her confidence and expertise put us at ease and her designs blew us away. It's hard to describe what it feels like when you see arrangement after arrangement for your event come in that are even more beautiful than we could have predicted. She knew exactly how to design for each area of the space, and wowed us with the time and care that went into setting up the archway on the massive pergola. Beyond that, she always took the time to meet with us, stayed in touch, and made us feel like our event was a priority for her. Poor customer service. In October 2022, I ordered a lavender bouquet to be delivered to my wife which was displayed on their website. Then saw a disclaimer that if they don't have what was ordered they would substitute, so I called and found out they did not have the flowers I had ordered. I asked of they could substitute with all purple and/or lavender flowers, was told yes and that they would send me a photo for approval. Well they did not get back in touch with me, and delivered a bouquet that included red roses, (which my wife does not like, and are clearly not purple or lavender). Worse yet many of the flowers were droopy and half dead. When I called to see if they could make things right, was told the manager would call me, but never heard...
