Boba Ave 8090 — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered the peach passion fruit tea and it was average with boba that was chewy and hard. Was visiting Victoria Gardens on a day where the temp was 115. My sister and I both ordered drinks and asked if we could haven2 cups of water that we saw a previous customer with. We were told we could only purchase bottled water. The water was room temp. While waiting for our order another customer walks up and was given ice water in a regular cup that they put their boba tea in. I then walk up and ask Gina why weren’t we allowed to also purchase water in a cup and her exact words were because “we didn’t ask”. Good customer service would have been: Gina apologizing AND possibly then offering us cold ice water being that we are standing in 115 degree weather waiting for service or even asking if we’d then like to purchase water but instead all we received was Gina appearing to be annoyed and not willing to satisfy a customer who was clearly not happy with...

Need to change your hours online. I went there and the lady behind the counter looked at me and looked away. Didn’t say anything. I then asked, “Are you open?” and the lady said “no” and that was all. Didn’t offer when the place would open. That’s fine. But as I was walking away, I heard her say “if we don’t open the door, then it’s closed” with an attitude. She didn’t know I heard her. This is awful customer service. I’ve never waited so long for boba, literally an hour waiting in line & for my order! I asked for a matcha smoothie & was told they can make it but when my # was called the matcha wasn’t ready.
