Though not their menu anymore, they said they could still make the chicken caesar sandwich. My mom went to get it for me. The first time they made it, they put sliced turkey with caesar dressing on top. She took it back and they remade it with the chicken pieces, but they didn't put the parmesan on top. I didn't want to wait for my mom to go back again so I just ate it. Another day I was craving the sandwich (at least the way it's SUPPOSED to be made) again so my mom nicely went and got another. She asked for extra PARMESAN cheese because I loved the shaved parmesan. She got home with it and they put sliced PROVOLONE. The chicken caesar is made with pieces of grilled chicken tossed with dressing and shaved parmesan, lettuce, and a tomato. She again took the sandwich back, citing the error. A manager was standing right there helping a customer when my mom got there, and heard my mom explain the problem. Instead of assisting with our complaint, she left another employee to deal with and ran off to the back and wasn't seen again. When my mom got home with the sandwich, it had a packed layer of the powder type parmesan and very little dressing. My mom again took it back, this time asking for the shaved parmesan and extra dressing as well as a side of dressing. They told us they didn't have shaved parmesan anymore and put shredded parmesan on. Another manager was there and heard the complaint about the sandwich as well as the complaint about the other manager's running off. She refunded the money, but informed us they do not have the shaved parmesan anymore, so they used shredded parmesan instead. However, instead of the side of dressing we asked for, I got a container of powder parmesan. Admittedly, we should have checked the sandwiches before leaving, but it isn't our job to make sure our order is right, it's their job to ensure the quality of their service is up to par. With the cost of gas, these experiences made for the most expensive sandwiches ever. Will not return for any orders, sandwiches or whatever else. Customer service was a joke- managers do not run off, they stay and take care of the customer and manage any issues. The product was not funny, it was downright disgusting. No amount of excellent customer service can make up for bad food. If you are incapable of making an item, just tell the customer. I'd rather order something else than receive a poor excuse for what I was craving. If I could give zero...
Read moreI am not a Panera frequent flyer. I dropped by because my son wanted to eat there. I walk up to the register to order. The young lady was very polite. I pointed at the picture above her head and told her that I wanted the meal in the picture. There was half a sandwich, cup of soup, and an agave lemonade. She looked at me, sized me up and asked," Are you sure want this it only has half a sandwich?" I responded by pointing at the picture again and saying," yes, I want that meal in the picture." She said,"Okay but the half sandwich is this big" she made a form with her hands. Then asked,"is that okay?" I pointed at the picture again and said,"Yes, I want that exact meal, it looks so good in the picture. I want exactly that meal." She finalized my order. I went to a table and about 10 minutes later my son got his food, it looked great! I got only half a sandwich. I explained to the server that I had asked for the meal in the picture above the register. He went to the order counter and returned with a receipt and explained that I was only charged for half a sandwich. I explained that I saw the delicious looking picture and I wanted the meal. He apologized and said he would correct my order. He returned about 5 minutes later with the rest of the meal. I asked him how much I owed. He said that there was no additional charge and thanked me for my patience. Wow!!! Great customer service. I will return to Panera, specifically this one. Thank you for doing a great job young man!!! Oh and the food was...
Read moreSAVORY LUNCHES w/ SLOW SERVICE! Don't get me wrong the staff were absolutely wonderful, however I recently went on the weekend and I literally spent 30+ minutes waiting for my food and it was just a sandwich, cup of cheddar mac, potato chips and a drink. The staff were apologetic but I don't think they were trained to deal with busy weekend days.
The store was starting to get crowded as orders piled up and no one was getting their orders. I was starting to get nervous that I wasn't going to get my meal. I eventually got my meal and was relieved, however they still made a mistake and gave me an apple instead of my potato chips.
My bacon turkey bravo sandwich and bacon cheddar mac were phenomenal. If you're a Panera fan, you must try these items on the menu! I was having a long weekend and this lunch honestly raised my spirits. The sandwich was fresh, the mac was creamy and topped with crispy bacon bits.
The store had a mildly clean bathroom and drinking fountain. The tables looked presentable, overall it's a well-kept location and feels quite modern. I loved the amount of tables and booths. This Panera is massive compared to others and can fit small and large parties.
A couple of kiosks are available for ordering if you don't want to wait in line. Note, this Panera does NOT have...
