FUNBOX INLAND EMPIRE - ONTARIO — Attraction in Ontario

Came in on mothers day with my kids, my son has autism and he did not like it, so he only lasted a total of 10 minutes inside. We left, and we're given the phone number of the owner to get a refund. (Keep in mind I paid over $70.00 for the 3 of us). The owner talked to us over the phone and was very nice and asked for me to send her proof of purchase etc.etc. and she said she would be in touch the next morning. Here we are 25th of may...I never got another text or call or any type of follow up...I text her again yesterday and she did not reply. I never received a refund and I feel robbed. $74.00 for 10 minutes!! I WISH PEOPLE WERE MORE ACCEPTING AND EMPATHETIC. BEING A MOM OF A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD I ALREADY HAVE ALOT OF EXPENSES BUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE LIKE THAT...ITS WRONG. If she wasn't going to be able to refund the money, why be so nice over the phone? Why act like you cared what happened? Could have atleast pro rated my ticket price. Went today at 4:30. It was hot, but it got cooler, so we got lucky! My kiddo had tons of fun and he wanted to go back.

Bought discounted tickets for 3 people, amounting to 36 dollars, plus fees. Both kiddos had their socks on. No food sold inside so, before coming, feed your kiddos. Bring water with you. They have snow cones, iced water, and Gatorade for sale. Portable restrooms are available. There are chairs and table available inside the area.

Before going to the entrance line, make sure to get your wristbands first.

I gave four stars as I was expecting them to check if all the jumpers have the correct socks on. Oh, I just watched the video, there was one staff by the entrance checking the socks (sorry)! Nobody checked the waiver, either. People came in without checking on them and make me feel a bit comfortable. No security in the area-I hope that the event organizers should at least consider this. If you do, thank you so much!

More importantly, my child, who is 9-years old, had fun and no complaints at all. So, I highly recommended it...

My family and I had a FUNtastic day at FUNBOX ONTARIO. Friendly ladies at the entrance, super engaged and attentive workers inside the bounce park itself and the concession stand service was the best! Inquired about the park two weeks ago for my kids and this kind young lady at the front sold it to me so I decided to bring my whole family, my kids and their grandparents in. We were allowed to bring our own food which was great and we ended up spending the whole day there at the park. The various slides and obstacle course was perfect for my kids. They also sell snow cones and other beverages at their concession stand which my kids really loved. They were able to pick and pour as much of the flavors into their cups. There were plenty of chairs and tables available where my family and I rested for a while as we enjoyed our snow cones. Overall, it’s been a great first experience for my family.
