My wife and I are asian, travelers and foodies who travel to places around Socal and some other states to try and critique strictly asian foods and boba on our own expense (no paid review or advertising) in the past 10 years. I had to create this account just to comment because they deserve it.
That being said, this place is a true hidden gem and a pleasant surprise. They brew their tea in house and personalize your drink more delicately than most famous boba places. Their flavors are amazing and authentic, and more importantly, consistent. For a shop located in a non-asian area, this is about the same (or even above many) level you would get in OC or LA area. If they continue making this type of quality, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re featured as one of the best tea shop in SoCal. Amazing, well deserved 9.5/10 in our opinion.

Read moreI really love this place I always come here but unfortunately the service I received today was horrible I ordered at 3:20 and it's not 3:45 and I have to go to a meeting idk what happened but after I ordered she had 4 other orders after mine but served them fist keep in mind the 4 oders ordered after me 😞 I'm heartbroken Update: after the work party I went to go get ice cream and noticed that my usual barista was there. So I went into order my, He informed me that he had read this review and that he had talked to his staff. He also offered to give me my drink on the house ( but of course I did not take it because I don't want to take away from him or his family) so of course I paid and was very happy with the service that I received in the follow-up that I received...
Read moreI live just across the way in Rancho Las Palmas and was so excited to find this boba store. I went in last night and input my order on the touch screen. As I was getting ready to check out, I was surprised at how expensive my drink was. On closer look, I saw that they added a 10% service charge. I felt deceived and offended that they tried to sneak in a service fee. What’s worse, they then wanted me to select a tip amount. Do they really expect their customers to pay a 10% service charge and also leave a tip? I would much prefer that they just pay their employees a reasonable hourly rate and build that into their drink price instead of trying to sneak in a 10% service fee. We left and went to Tea Be Honest, who is “honest” with...
