Sad to say as a Rancho Mirage resident, I will NEVER return to this store. I have made several purchases in the store previously . The store windows clearly stated: BUY one hat and get one 50% off. I went in to purchase a hat for nephew. We found hats and the sale was rung up. WE NEVER exited the store when my nephew's eye caught another hat. So I asked if we could exchange it. The clerk said NO. I was willing to pay a the difference ....she did not want to do so. She called her manager that said there store policy did not allow this on a sale item. We had not even left the store and it clearly states ALL store exchanges with 7 days and we were still in the store! I ended up paying FULL PRICE FOR TWO hats .....what is sad about this ...poor customer service and and no willingness to work with me at all. You have lost a customer that loves hats, has been in frequently in the past and will share this story...
Read moreWhat an outstanding shop! I was given a cowboy hat for a Christmas present and needed help in shaping it. I called around and nobody would help or give me the courtesy of any information. Until I called Hats Unlimited in Rancho Mirage and spoke to Leti. Even though the hat was not purchased at Hats Unlimited, Leti said to bring it in and she would see what she could do. Leti took the hat and steamed it and shaped it and explained the process to me if I wanted to or needed to do a shaping again. What a professional. Read moreWell today is my 12th year anniversary&me & my family are staying across the street from this store, so I thought while my wife & kids were in the pool,I would go across the street to get my wife a hat,so I walked in,nobody was in the store but me,then a few minutes later a guy comes out, like I interrupted his brake or something, didn't say welcome, or how can I help you, so, I asked if they had any sports team's hats? He said no,like I asked him a unprofessional question, I felt very unwelcome, so I just walked out. I think you should have more "PEOPLE FRIENDLY" workers...
