Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I recently visited this Starbucks location on Western and Westmont and had a great experience. I tried the new Impossible sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was amazing and it's great to have a vegetarian option at Starbucks. The parking at this location is also really convenient and easy to find. However, I will say that the service was a bit slow during my visit. But I understand that this is a very popular location and the baristas were trying their best to keep up with the demand. Despite the wait, the baristas were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made sure that every customer was taken care of. I’m really disappointed — again. I ordered a Trenta Strawberry Acai Lemonade with no lemonade and no ice, and what I received was barely filled, looking closer to a Grande than the 30 oz drink I paid for. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and every time I bring it up, I’m told, “Well, you asked for no ice, so that’s the room for the ice.” I’m sorry, but that excuse just doesn’t cut it.

No ice should mean more of the actual drink, not less. It’s frustrating to be consistently shorted, especially when I’m paying extra for the largest size. I expect the full volume of what I ordered — with or without ice.

As a loyal customer, I shouldn’t feel like I have to argue to get what I paid for. I hope Starbucks takes this kind of feedback seriously, because it’s making me second-guess where I...

I would like to be honest. To all grown ups, which means anyone over 18 years of age, do not get caught in this Starbucks on a Thursday around 1pm to approximately 4pm. Why? You might ask. Well, the local Junior/High School let's the children out early every Thursday and this is one of the major hangout spots for these latchkey children. They are all over the place and loud. They take up all the seats, inside and out, they go back and forth between seats and they do not just sit down and wait for their parents to pick them up. No peace, No quiet, No Calm, these are the things you get on Thursday's. So, if you could go to the Starbucks elsewhere, make that your first choice. Stay away on Thursday. Why children drinking...
