McDonald’s – Route 10 Location Randolph, New Jersey
Subject: Formal Complaint About Mistreatment and Poor Service
Dear McDonald’s Management,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant located on Route 10 in Randolph, New Jersey, on November 7th, 2025, at approximately 3:45 p.m.
During my visit, I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully by two employees. One of them was a Colombian woman with several visible tattoos on her arms, and the other was a young Mexican woman. Both of them verbally aggressed me and behaved in a very hostile and unprofessional manner.
In addition to the mistreatment, the order I received was completely wrong. The ice cream I ordered was melted and spoiled, and the coffee I was given was completely different from what I requested. I was also overcharged, and despite my complaint, both employees refused to correct the mistake or replace the items. Instead, they insisted that I had to accept the wrong order.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a brand as well-known as McDonald’s, where customers expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
I respectfully request that this incident be properly investigated, that corrective actions be taken, and that I receive a formal apology from the restaurant’s management for the poor treatment and the inconvenience caused.

Update - 3/2/25 - still the fries are cold and freezer burned. Check your freezers tell your employees to stop cooking food to let it sit. It’s laziness.
Update 6 /2 /24 - still can't get it right! Fries still are cold how can this be when the line is so long. I'm tired of this. They only make the stuff correctly when the big manager shows up. This is ridiculous. Seriously lazy. Stop making the fried ahead of time and letting g them sit ! This is non sense !
Update- 2/14/24 I got a bag of what seemed to be left over fries, super cold. Are you guys making fresh fries just for it to sit? You need to make the fries ready to order. This is ridiculous. Hire new staff ! Or train them on how to properly cook everything and when to throw things out when they've been sitting to long. I used to work at McDonald's I know gow it goes. Your staff if being lazy. You need someone who cares to work here. Your staff is for the most part nice but the food is terrible!!!
