The man answering the phone is rude and disrespectful. I called and ordered chicken lo mein with a side of broccoli. He said it was $9.60. My assumption is that he charged for chicken and broccoli with lo mein which would have been fine. I asked how much was a side of broccoli and he said $9! So I said wait a side of broccoli is $9?! He said Iām not going to argue about prices and hangs up. My impression was that he didnāt understand the question so I called back, he says I was scream and Iām trying to explain that I wasnāt screaming Iām just trying to understand what Iām paying for. He hangs up on me again. I called back and try to explain that my mother recently had surgery and asked that I bring her this, so Iām trying to place the order (she specifically requested from this place) and again he refuses to take the order and hangs up. Absolutely disrespectful and I would rather watch her starve than eat from this place.

I'll start by saying when I walked in they were eating and did not acknowledge me until I said hello can i get some help around here.... they continued to ignore me until the phone rang ... he picked up the phone and started screaming at the customer on the phone who was asking where her food was.... he then asked can I help you... I told him why I was there he told me the total and I went to hand him the money he walked away with out taking the money, so I kindly placed the money on the register so when he gave me my change he put it on the counter...I told him keep it he needs to buy some customer service classes... and walked out. First and last time I'll never go there again thankfully I don't live in Randolph! If your not big on customer service and want to be treated like less than a person by all means go here otherwise stay FAR AWAY...

Iād rate this location a zero but that wasnāt an option I ordered Christmas dinner for a large group of people just to receive some undercooked cold food I gave 24 hours notice on my order which was more than enough time given they didnāt require a notice ahead. Atleast it wasnāt stated. I didnāt notice the poor quality until plates were made and at that point I instantly called the woman who claimed to not understand so I reworded and eventually got my refund. My 20+ years living in Randolph and this was definitely a poor excuse for a restaurant. I gave it a chance to support a local business but absolutely never again. Let alone one of my guest ended up at the hospital with side effects related to food poisoning. I really hope thatās not the case but with the food provided I really donāt doubt it.
