MOON BAY 粤湾 — Restaurant in Randolph

I have no idea if they have changed chefs, owners, etc, however after ordering the General Taos chicken with lo mein and crab rangoons, I will not be back. It started with the man taking my order hanging up after asking if that was all, and the disregard for customers continued when I came in, he asked if pick up and did not let me tell what my order was as he did not take my name on the phone. First and last time. The rangoons were unevenly hot, soggy, like microwaved ( as was the lo mein) and grainy. It was like the filling was ricotta. The lo mein (up charge no less) was 80% sprouts and tasted like watered down chemicals. The chicken was mediocre AT BEST, soggy and doused in sauce.

To call this a restaurant is an offense and to compare it food court Chinese food would be an insult to food court Chinese.

I needed to bring some Chinese food to my sister in law at the rehab. So I went to this China Chef and ordered a msingapoor noodles and a chicken curry. When I open the good box, it didn't look appetizing and look so white. Then the chicken curry box, all I saw was full of green pepper and onions. There were very small puces of chicken which I had to look for. The mo ey I spen was for green peppers. It was also tasteless. The worst Chinese food I ever had in my whole life. Small only two tables to sit. No real waiting area. The food is really good and wait time is quick. The parking situation is small and space to park is tight . The entrance to get in and out is tight and uncomfortable. An accident could easily take place coming out of the lot because of how little space from the entrance/exit there is from parking spaces behind the entrance/exit. Its a bit difficult to leave the lot because of on coming traffic and cars attempting to come into the lot simultaneously as you are attempting to leave.
