7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Rapid City

Week of Feb 17-21….Monday I attempted to go 3 times before I was finally successful at going. The first and second time the line was so long that I sat in it for 15mins without it even moving. So I left, they didn’t even bother to open the 2nd line. On my 3rd attempt I finally was able to go but still had a bit of a wait and the staff was quite RUDE!!! I’ve noticed a change in staff and some of them are RUDE!!!

Wednesday I went and again had to wait a period of time ordered a midnight rain energy drink took a drink and it tasted like 100% coffee. I thought it was just me so I had someone else take a drink and sure enough they said the same thing. I then realized there was a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. Waste of $7.77 + my $2.00 tip I left the rude employee. I always leave a tip!

Today Friday, RUDE RUDE RUDE!! I feel like I need to go back to Strabucks! What has gotten into the employees of 7 Brew??? They act like it’s a crisis for them to do their job and put a smile on their face...

The girl who took our order today was so great! She mentioned it was her 2nd day, but she gave the best customer service and was so helpful! She added great recommendations to our drinks! I’m from out of state, and have only heard great things about 7Brew! The barista definitely helped exceed all of our expectations throughout the whole experience! Just a side note that they have a similar menu/ordering process to Dutch Bros, so that definitely helped with ordering drinks here if anyone is familiar with that menu! Drinks we got: White chocolate and chocolate macadamia nut mocha White chocolate and chocolate macadamia nut, half breve & half mocha, with caramel drizzle (so delicious!! Highly highly recommend!!) I'm the one who has been accused of saying "inappropriate things to the workers there and being weird and creepy" and that "there looking it to it and to be careful with what I say" I have autism so my conversations weren't the smoothest but I never said anything inappropriate. if they have proof of me saying anything wrong why won't they show me or my family when we tried to talk to them. I have video proof of my own that debunked there claims anyway. This is defamation of my character and a very serious situation. You guys can just ignore and laugh it off but the people who care about me will continue to defend me. I really liked going there, I've had everything on the menu and it really caught me off guard.
