Hardee’s — Restaurant in Rapid City

I'm very disappointed in the service or lack of service that we received yesterday. We ordered some burgers, chicken sandwiches and tenders. We were told that they were working on our chicken orders and asked us to pull into the parking lot. We waited over 15 minutes for our orders. Once we got our orders I checked our bag and found out that we had a burger that was missing. We went in and informed the staff; we ended up waiting another 10 minutes. The staff cared less that they made this mistake. We got to our place and found out that our chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches were burnt along with the curly fries. We spent almost $60 for our meal. It's very disappoining to know that this is the quality of food that is being serve. I had children who were unable to eat their food items. It's very disappointing because when we were there the place was not even busy. This will be our first and last time stopping at any Hardee's since this experience...

They never have chicken tenders or shakes available after 9:00pm. Every time I have gone they say that they didn’t get truck, or chicken tenders take 48 hours to thaw out. Or they are out of ice cream, machine is broken, same excuses every time. I have tried to call before to make sure they have the food and shakes that i want and they say they have them available. But when i get there the items are not available every time, this has been happening for a while. I hope the right people see this and can get something done about this. This is really not fair to the customers. The workers obviously don’t like their job. There is so many jobs available right now, if they don’t like where they work then please just work somewhere else. Ruining other people nights that are tired too is just not fair to anyone. It’s obvious you guys are lying so don’t go here if you want these items they never have them at this time. I hope this helps others and can...

I was craving a delicious mushroom and swiss burger, passing through Rapid City. I stopped with the family first at a Hardees at the other end of town. They had no public restrooms. We were the only people there and waited at the counter for 5 minutes without being helped, so we left. We drove to the next Hardees. We were helped right away but it took 20 plus minutes to get our order. They were not even busy. I did a quick burger count on the way out and it looked good. We get to the car add start driving away. I was the last to start eating after passing out everyone else's food. I opened the fancy box that my mushroom and swiss should have been in. It was a cheeseburger. I was very disappointed. That was the whole reason for stopping and wasting all that time. At this point I have forgotten how good those burgers are and really have no reason to ever go...
