Amigo's Pizza — Restaurant in Reading

I’ve ordered food from her a few times and was ok. It wasn’t the best but wasn’t bad either. Their customer service seemed to need attention but I still would continue to order food from them until last nights service. Let me begin by saying that I place an order at 6:25 pm it was a Friday night. I ordered a cheese pizza and wings special a cheese steak with fries and was told that my food would be ready in 15 minutes. So I wait in my car for like 20 minutes come back in and waited 15 more minutes. So finally I ask about my order and was told I have wait for my pizza to be done that it’s Friday night and to be patient. Meanwhile my other food has been sitting on the counter in a wrapped up to go in a bag. Now we all know what happens then where your food is sitting like that it steams up and gets soggy. Well by this time I was disappointed and lost my appetite. So asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund from the employee which I must say was a tall older Caucasian male. So I ask to talk to the owner. So he get the owner and while speaking to the owner about my refund the employee is verbally insulting me and even threatening me saying he was gonna knock me out. So the owner gets me my refund and he too is insulting me as well and other employees in the back making inappropriate comments. I told them that their behavior was inappropriate and not professional. I said that making threats to harm someone is a crime and was told what are you gonna call the police go ahead and they laughed at me. So I will never go back there and I advise other people to do the same. The way they treated me is a problem and I wouldn’t want no one else having to experience that type of treatment...

Since Mama's Pizza prices have gone up I decided to seek out an alternative pizza joint-- so I gave Amigo's Pizza a-go. I'm so glad I did! The taste of their pizza is just as good as Mama's for dollars cheaper! The owner and his staff are also extremely down-to-earth and friendly and the facility is clean. I've been using Amigo's for months now -- their pizza taste is always consistant. The fries are also great, as I'm not a fan of breaded fries (I prefer tasting the actual potato - not the extra fried carbs). The only thing I'm not a fan of is their cheesesteaks. The cheese isn't melted in and around the steak (it's just laid out flat and unmelted under the meat) and the roll is lackluster (been a while since I ordered one, so hopefully they changed these things). Order from this place 3/4 times a week until last night .spent 28 dollars spaghetti with clamsause ,clamsauce leaked all I n bag.....ordered veal parm sandwich. Sauce on side sandwich All covered with sauce fries,.fries were raw.......never again will I order Nd the food.inspecters getting called............I'm talking month straight 3/4 times week...smh I called. They aint cared..........loyal customers I've spent so much money at this place smh smh and they do me like this.....I called was nice and they didn't give a damn.............3/4 weeks I ordered from.here sometimes more thats crazy.....pictures in...
