Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Reading

After placing an order online and paying for food & $4.99 delivery fee and tip(before you are even providedany service), the least you are entitled to is a hot, fresh and complete order delivered in a reasonable time. NOT GONNA HAPPEN AT THIS LOCATION! Manager on a Tuesday night was rude, unwilling to help and completely inept, obviously untrained and careless...nevermind professional. This Reading, MA Domino's is an embarrassment to the Domino's franchise. Whoever owns this particular location should have their franchise rights rescinded, it's that simple. The fish stinks from the head, all you have to know about this place is right here in the reviews. Anyone who gives anymore than 1 star or reorders from this Reading, MA Domino's must have their locations mixed up. I am embarrassed just admitting that I ordered from this store given the unlimited amount of much higher quality Pizza shops in the area...I guess you really do get what you pay for! I can't imagine this is how such a prominent franchise wants...

Gave 2 star would of done 1 but love the pizza, LITERALLY EVERYTIME I ORDER EVEN AFTER SPECIFYING "NO GARLIC SEASONING ON THE CRUST" THEY STILL PUT IT ON AND I LITERALLY MEAN EVERYTIME! my daughter is highly allergic to anything GARLIC so I put special instructions not to put it on EVER as well as talking with management and them telling me ok we put it in our computers to never put it on your pizzas AND STILL 3 YEARS LATER IT HAPPENS EVERYTIME!!!!! Maybe its time for an EMPLOYEE OVER HAUL and get rid of everyone OR find NEW MANAGMENT, after 3 years of using this location hoping to get better service and in hope my daughter could eat her favorite pizza and not have the fear of DIEING while eating while eating it I've realized ITS NEVER GANNA HAPPEN,TIME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS...

I just ordered a pizza last minute. It came within 10 minutes! Smelled delicious! The poor fellow who delivered it that I asked again & again - 20%, right? Yes, yes he said. That’s enough he said.. He deserved every penny of the tip’. He was so concerned with my Amazon purchases in the pouring rain while successfully delivering my pizza. My new white Shepardpuppy Precious escaped making a dive for the poor fellow , then she decided to get back inside with the pizza ! She grabbed 2 slices of pizza my cairn grabbed 1. I got the rest. Yummy! We all decided to forget the Amazon. We all want to have another visit from him soon! Pizza delicious, delivery fellow top notch!...
