SUBWAY — Restaurant in Reading

We were able to sit inside and eat because it was cold that day and the food was very delicious although the customer service towards the end the one of the girls who was working there I don't know why she was being nosy and she was kind of like listening into our conversation so just be mindful of that because I was going to say something to her but my wife noticed the exact same thing and you know eventually we just said look we'll just talk about this somewhere else like it was a family matter thing but that's not the point the point is is if you're done and you're just getting a drink it's your drink and move on because we're talking about something real serious and you're just kind of hanging around so you can listen in so that's very unprofessional I don't care if your serving somebody food or you know if you're taking their tickets for movie theater you know that's just not polite so that's the only thing negative about the entire experience and I'm sorry I didn't go through the punctuation properly but you know I'm just being real with everybody sothis is best I could do for right now I'm working on a lot of stuff I have ADHD and I'm very hyper I cannot sit still but I wanted to let everybody know the situation because maybe you will save you from going there and talking about anything personal because you know other than the girl that came over and was kind of standing there and listening like look this is not Jerry Springer if you want to watch somebody fight going on YouTube or are you or if you want to be like all up in someone's business do that on your own time but not when...

If I could have given a review without a star I would. They have a saying, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. My very first time going into this location I received horrible customer service and was spoken to crazy. So fast forward 2 years and nothing has changed. So two days ago I was on the strip and decided that I needed to get something to drink quick but as I was entering into the location, I realized I needed to use the bathroom and it was urgent. I told both the employees that I needed to use the bathroom and when I came out I was going to purchase a drink. I was being told that I needed to purchase a sandwich to use the bathroom. The people who run this Andy and the woman, who I don’t know the name, charge people to use there bathroom, but I just saw them let someone use it without charge. Andy does not wash his hands either before prepping, they upcharge you on everything, and try to manipulate you to buy more. Subway would be disappointed.
