Sorella's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Readington Township

Today was my birthday so naturally I ordered a meat stuffed pizza, along with a thick pan veggie, both were so filling, and actually come with instructions from Ralph, the boss; those two along with a magarita and a plain of course (Sorella has the best plain pie in the area, we actually had a taste test with 10 judges last year of 8 different local plains and Sorellas won 1st place, followed by Manville and Dom's on the circle) and tonight we still had a pie and a half left feeding a dozen people! I highly recommend this place for its friendliness, good value, and amazing quality. Ralph is great. His veggie pie is a work of art, he always shows me the pie before he puts in the oven. Sorella's Pizza and Pasta is located in a small strip mall along Route 22 in the Whitehouse Station/Readington area. There is plenty of parking outside and the atmosphere inside is warm and friendly. It seemed like the owner knew everyone's name and was a very engaging. He was genuinely interested in the customers and how their day was going and it's awesome to have an owner that cares so much about the customer.

The pizza was fantastic. The plain slice featured quality ingredients with a flavorful crust. The pasta slice was out-of-this-world. When I tell you RUN, do not walk, to Sorella’s… I mean it. This family throws tons of love into each and everything that they prepare freshly to order. The crust on the margarita slice… crisp as all get out, but tender too… you know, PURE magic. And the sauce… simply perfect, seasoned just enough to let the tomatoes & garlic shine. And the garlic knots with the side of safe to dip… I swear I levitated as I ate each bite.
