Management does absolutely nothing to stop the many homeless that sit around right by their front door. It is very uncomfortable to be aggressively approached by people asking for money. I have complained to staff and nothing gets done. If I don’t feel safe getting out of my car, I won’t be spending money at the business. Also, there is a very strong odor of urine because these people are out there day and night and there is no bathroom facilities. It’s disgusting. It is a bummer because both donut shops in town are crawling with homeless. I guess I will just spend my money in another town. 🤷🏼♀️
Update 08/19/2025: Ordered from DoorDash to avoid homeless. Just wow, I got almost none of what I ordered, it was mostly substituted for things I DID NOT want. I literally cannot even understand why they picked the ones they did. I don’t even know what some of these are. Honestly, this is terrible customer service. The items I was most looking forward to aren’t in my order. Why was there no attempt to even ask what substitutions I wanted. Had I know that I wouldn’t get what was ordered I wouldn’t have ordered. What is the...
Read moreThe prices are high for the quality. Out front was a terrible eye sore, should've been the first sign with beer cans and random other trash right at its front doors. We bought two different donuts and a coffee. The donuts tasted like they were made at least a day ago, the donut that was in the case I'm front tasted like a dirty fridge would smell. The coffee was really watered down. When I brought the donuts back up and asked for a refund, (as we took only a bite and seen it was bad) the lady working the counter coped an attitude and became very defensive trying to tell me they make all of their donuts that day. It was only 10 am there is no way those donuts were made that morning. Then she said we don't give refunds usually what ever you take is a final sale. I see why this is a practice since since quality of food is...
Read moreI went there this morning to get a quick breakfast craving pastries. It's not too bad. I got three different types. I got a cheesest Danish which is in the picture. Got a strawberry strudel and a croissant. Now the croissants were now I had to ask for it and this is where it gets a little tricky. The lady seemed mad because I asked for it. There was no offer to warm it up or anything as she walked off grumpy because I asked for one. Her attitude made the atmosphere a little uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place because of the service and the atmosphere she produced. So the food is good but the service sucks approach with care if you really want to try it but you can go to any other donut place. Just as good as Jack's donuts in Anderson with half...
