So I've been craving Menudo ever since the weather changed. Unfortunately, where I live, folk only make it on the weekends. So I looked on door dash to see if someone was serving Menudo during the week, which is how I found THS. Maaaan say, the only mishap was, there was no salsa in my order, and I actually put a memo in my order to bring some. I ordered the Menudo, and Machacado with corn tortillas. The Menudo was phenomenal! It was perfectly seasoned, the tripe was tender, and not too chewy, they were also cut in the perfect sized pieces. Y'all, after I added my cilantro, lime, onions, and jalapeños it was on! They sent a huge cup of Menudo, I transferred it to a large bowl, and went to town. I ate the WHOLE bowl of Menudo, and it was delicious! This is going to be my go to place for Menudo...

Start with the service, it was great! Everyone was very helpful and polite. Now for the food, it was crazy delicious! I was feeling a bit under the weather and wanted some Caldo which for me has been crazy hard to find a spot that has good soup, but this place hit it out of the park. Seasoned very well, the chicken was tender, the corn tender, but still retained some crunch. I didn't get the tortillas or rice that came with it, but in the end the quality of the food made up for it. Stopped by here randomly for breakfast tacos to go. And it was so good! The red and green sauces were amazing! We ordered chorizo with eggs and chorizo with ham. Convenient of ordering to go isn’t great as there’s not a menu you can formally look at at the cashiers station nor was there one on the wall. There were menu placed under glass panel on each individual table so we looked there. They charge 4% for paying with credit card so we paid in cash. Price differed from the menu.
