I have visited this store many times. Everytime I go inside I encounter Britney of whom keeps a negative deamoner with Black customers, as well at the new hire you all have. The new hire asked Britney to assist with making my childs teriyaki chicken. She (Tempest) was so nervous to add the chicken to the bowl that she cut one small piece of chicken in two. I asked her for more chicken knowing full well that was a disproportionate serving, I asked for more letting her know I would pay the difference. The young lady added more chicken, once she did this after we both waited for Britney for several minutes to come and assist. However, once the chicken was added Britney hurried over and called Viri over to look at what the young lady gave me. Viri tried embrassing me by counting the chicken out on the counter in front of other patrons then proceeded to say I was being "hooked up" in Spanish. I told them politely again I will pay the difference. Because my son could eat more than the little box would hold. Viri and Britney in front of patrons then proceed to speak English again and say oh we count the bowls🤔🤔if you count the bowls why did you count out the chicken??? And why did that need to be said in Spanish even though that's not what they said. I also let them both know I fluent in Spanish myself. I won't be back!!!

I’m glad I didn’t let the other reviews dissuade me. Last time we were looking at dinner options I skipped this location because of bad reviews that it was “going downhill.” I found our experience tonight to be the opposite! The food was flavorful, colorful, and fresh. The Beijing Beef was very tasty, the fried rice was solid (for fast food Chinese), and the Orange Chicken was on point! The Super Greens were fresh and delicious, as was the Broccoli Beef. I usually am not the biggest Panda fan, and several months ago our orders were sub-par. However tonight was excellent! I recommend giving them a try. (Most of the bad reviews were angry rants about the lobby being closed for lunch, but at dinner it was open for us!)

We had the pleasure of visiting Panda Express with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. Upon walking in there was a line of 5 people and the line moved with smooth consistency. There were no trip or slip hazards present and the establishment was clean. The smell of the food was delicious and the food on the line was fresh. The employees greeted us with warm smiles and loud welcomes and Mr. Oscar was doing a fantastic job at being a manager. I would recommend panda Express especially if you like broccoli, spinach and kale mix. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

EDIT: ADDED REVIEW: the NEW kids box they offer is NOT as pictured or advertised. I had to come back and edit this review because I went back to try again and had another bad experience. I took my daughter there for lunch, not busy went inside, got her the new kids bundle box and on the picture is shows and entree, side of broccoli and rice or noodles, with water bottle or juice and apple slices. This is what we got: a small nasty scoop of broccoli beef and one small scoop of noodles., no side of broccoli. ?!?!?!?! I had to ask for the water drink &she handed me a small cup. And did not give us the apple slices. What’s pictured and what was received was a real life CATFISH situation. Cmon, I understand it’s new but there’s a giant advertisement with the pictures on it… should match what it looks like. , not quality wise but what’s included and the amount given as pictured!

Original review: I went inside instead of the drive thru, because I like to visually see what I’m getting. Well unfortunately the drivethru employee weaves in and out of the inside employee and due to them trying to conduct drive thru orders at the same exact time that inside orders are being placed, and so because of that I got the drive thru order in my bag. I ordered half rice and almond chicken. This is all chow mien and orange chicken. Could have been worse but if you are going to conduct drive thru and inside orders don’t be weaving in and out because this will happen! You’ll mix up the boxes and give the wrong orders to the wrong people. Food was decent. Beijing beef is always so rubbery. Couldn’t try the almond chicken since it went to the drive thru person instead. Orange chicken and chow mien tastes as it has for the past 20 yrs. Basic food. Employees just need to work on not mixing up orders and checking them at the register before bagging to assure this doesn’t...

I am in the drive through on my way to work and placed my order no problem. Pull up to the window told there is a wait for teriyaki chicken 7 min. (I couold have been told this at the drive thru before they took my money but was not). I was asked to pull forward and I did for 20 minutes. Sitting in my care having a discussion with my husband if they forgot us or not....They did. I got out in the rain went inside and asked, did you forgot us? They had no idea. Then I was told they were only waiting on meat they had been serving other customers. So I asked Ms Alicia(who was so proudly willing to give her name in a very rude manner) For a refund and her reply.. "Oh! you aint gettin yo money back." I asked her o remake the plates that had been sitting for 25 minutes and she dumped the noodles back mixed them up and the rice remixed also and remaid plates with fgresh chicken. Now I have worked in food management and I know there is a rate bacteria grows on food. I wasnt eating that. I need all my social media platform to know this is not acceptable. When I asked for a district manager she refused me this information and told me to go look up coperates number. FYI, when you make a mistake apologize and keep it moving. And while you claiming to be the manager take...
