We don't order pizza very often and last night my son placed an order online for us to pick up. After processing his order he was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived at 8:15pm in the drive thru and could clearly see our name on the screen stating order ready at 8:16pm. After waiting a few minutes for someone to come to the window we sign for the card and they ask us to pull up front. We were both confused bc we were the only people in the drive thru. We pull forward and about 10 minutes later a young man comes out and tells us they sold out of large pizza and that we could wait and they would make us 2 medium but it would be 15-20min. At that point they hadn't even made anything for us and we had been waiting for sometime. I didn't feel like we had a choice so frustrated I agreed to wait. After another 10 min a young girl comes out with a large pizza and confused I said I thought you were out. She had no idea what I was talking about and I explained that we were just told they were out by someone else who even said their manager stated they had a sale and they were out. Were they out of dough? I don't understand and neither did she. She only said that she doesn't work in the back and that there had been a mistake and our order was in the warmer. So again I said our pizza has been in there this entire time? At this point its 8:40! I told her I wasn't going to take a pizza that had been sitting in the warmer for 40 min. Meanwhile we saw other people going in and out picking up their pizzas and drivers going in and out with deliveries. About 5 minutes later they both come out and assure us that the large pizza they were giving us was fresh and they were sorry but if I wanted to come inside I could talk to their manager. I was so frustrated that I just took the pizza and left. A good manager would be aware of what was happening and would have offered to come out and handle the situation. My main issue with the entire situation is a lack of responsibility and accountability by the staff. Not one time did anyone take responsibility but yet tried to blame everyone else for the misunderstanding. I did not speak with a manager because if there had been a descent manager on duty this probably wouldn't have happened. I understand things happen bc I have worked in the food industry for a long time but instead of saying you don't know, try saying how can I fix this and make it right. It takes 10 min to make a pizza and we waited 45min. I even waited an entire day before writing this review so that I wouldn't be frustrated because its only pizza, right? But it's also people's time and money and your business. With out customers you don't...
Read morePizza was as great as usual, however all the times I have ordered a Personal Pan Meat lovers Pizza however, I as usual ordered it with no sauce but they put sauce on it even after their order takers repeated my no sauce request! Also for several years I have been paying less than $5.00 for my Personal Pan Pizza's! I was informed by the Mgr. just today that I should have been paying over $7.00 for that same pizza now at the Red Oak Tx. since there was a change in management about 1 yr. ago! So the Manager said that she would go ahead this last time and charge me the old price, but from now on when I ordered another one the computer would reflect the change of the new price of over $7.00 + for that same Pizza that for years now I have been paying including tax $4.86! That will be a big jump in cost to me especially since We live on a fixed income! Since I now will have to pay now almost DOUBLE for the same Pizza most likely I cannot now afford to purchase as many Pizza's as I would Like! I don't know your business profit model however perhaps you could if I might suggest a SENIOR SPECIAL for a Personal that would stay in the $5.00 ish range instead of $7.00+...
Read moreStarted out great when we first moved here. Eventually declined. Had several occasions when we asked for extra sauce and got no sauce. One instance, I took the pizza back, it was made again, and was still dry as a bone. I ended up calling corporate, not because of this, but because when I was waiting for my pizza, there were people in the back playing and joking around, cursing at each other, and not paying attention to the other customers who had walked in. The girl answering the phone actually took a call from someone she knew, saying "hey baby! what are you up to?" and commenced to have a full conversation with the person on the phone instead of taking call in orders! There were 2 people waiting to be helped up front. She never acknowledged them. Any time we just are "dying" for pizza hut pizza, we call to ensure the manager, Hillary, is there. She seems to be the only one right now that can get the kitchen staff to make pizzas correctly and that is the most professional and courteous. It definitely is a different story when she is not in the store. Hopefully, they get better because we...
