Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Red Wing

Worst Applebee's experience I've ever had! We were sat fairly quickly for being a table of 6 plus a baby. Our server Blake d informed us that the rush was over so we thought perfect timing but our server informed us that he was tired. Things went downhill from there. After our server took our drink order we also ordered mozzarella sticks and chips for apps. The chips were brought to our table by a different server and when we asked if the mozzarella sticks were coming too she was confused and said she would check. 5 to 10 min go by and they bring us our meals. Well except my 4 cheese Mac and cheese was forgotten just like my mozzerella sticks. The server admits that he had forgot to order the mozz sticks but the cooks messed up my pasta. He then asks if we still wanted the mozz sticks and that they hadn't charged us yet. I said yeah because I do love mozz sticks but he didn't offer an compensation for forgetting the mozz sticks and my meal. On top of that we had to wait quite a while between refills on our drinks. To start i used to have a 5 star review here but times change! Went here for the 15.99 all you can eat. Ha that was a joke. How about all you can wait for 15.99. Seriously had to wait 20 minutes in between rounds of food. And when they brought it out they bring you got a couple peices and a chunk of meat a dog probably wouldn't eat. The service was horrible too. The place was dead. Took forever to get service. Seemed like the waiter was going out of his way to avoid our table. Then he was rude when I ordered my 2nd round. He said oh boy you came to eat. After my first round. Well no crap we can to eat!! After that I was tired of waiting for food and just paid and left. What a joke. Only gave it more than one star cause the manager was really nice so I guess that was ok. It just reminded me why I only go to Applebee's one time a year. Probably won't go back for another year. Came in on 1/16/22 with my sons around 8:45pm. There was maybe 4 tables occupied in the restaurant. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated, we were the only customers waiting. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes without any type of service. There were 3 employees standing around talking, they kept looking over at us but never bothered to serve us My son used the tablet on the table to finally get the hostesses. The hostess asked if we had been help yet. When we informed her that no one had been over to our table she offered to bring us water. When she came back with the water she informed us our waitress just returned from her smoke break and should be out shortly. After sitting there another 10 minutes with no service or acknowledgement from the staff we got up and left. Not 1 person on the staff approached us as we left to apologize or inquired as to why we were leaving. Never have I had such poor service at...
