Bagel Deli — Restaurant in Redding

I like to support local business when possible. I really liked my Bagels. I waited about the right amount of time but paid a little more than I thought I was going to after adding up what I ordered in my head although I didn't ask why. I just got two everything's with cream cheese. The guy (prob. owner) asked if I wanted it on the side or if he should put it on so I had him do it. He was talking to someone who seemed to be a friend of his who went into the kitchen for some reason while I was there. I work in food service so it kind of made me wary seeing a guy walk in off the street and go straight into the kitchen in his street clothes though he didn't go over near the food. The place being not too sanitary looking compared to most food service establishments just put me off a bit. Not sure I would return but it was a good bagel if you don't mind the "somebodies living room" vibe...

What a wonderful experience! Great bagels and spreads, attentive owner, just an awesome customer experience! I called in the morning of just after they opened, needing a large order of bagels by 8 a.m. Marc got right on it, and put together a wonderful assortment of bagels and spreads, along with all the extras! I arrived to pick it up and it was all pre-packaged, ready to go! On top of that, when we got to chatting and he found out I was taking them to a large presentation, he went in the back and brought out two decorative trays that he put in my package so I could arrange and present them nicely. So very thoughtful!

The service was over the top, and I cannot recommend Marc and Bagel Deli highly enough! Give them a try. They're amazing :)

First time visiting here this morning... The bagel is incredible. Soft but chewy... I got the breakfast sandwich and it had plenty of egg, he added some pickled jalapeno to go with the jalapeno jack bagel and along with the sausage it combined for an incredible flavor. I really miss this bagel place I used to frequent in San Jose, however, this is probably the closest I've found in quality so far.

The owner is really chill and it's unfortunate there's a pandemic because the inside is really cozy and I loved the vibe and it would be awesome to be able to hang out inside. I'll definitely...
