Dear Logan's Roadhouse Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your establishment on Easter Sunday. While the food and service were satisfactory, there were some concerning observations that I feel compelled to address.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly waitress who informed me that the only available seating was in the bar area. I agreed to be seated there, but what struck me as odd was the interaction I had with the manager, Tim. He approached me and directed me to a section on the left side of the bar, away from the main dining area.
As I sat there, I couldn't help but notice that ten customers who arrived after me and who happened to be Caucasian were seated in the main dining area without any intervention from the manager. However, I was taken aback when a Hispanic family walked in and were promptly seated in the same section as me. This pattern made me question the fairness and equality in the seating arrangements.
I want to emphasize that the server assigned to my table was exceptional, and the quality of the food was satisfactory. However, the actions of Manager Tim reflected poorly on both his staff and the experience of every minority customer who had the misfortune of dining at your establishment.
In a diverse and inclusive society, it is crucial for businesses to ensure equal treatment and opportunities for all customers. Discrimination, whether intentional or not, should never be tolerated. I urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their race or ethnicity.
I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that necessary steps will be taken to rectify this situation. I believe that Logan's Roadhouse has the potential to be a welcoming and inclusive establishment, and I sincerely hope that you will prioritize diversity and equality moving forward.
Sincerely, Concerned customer.

Review: My experience at Logan's Roadhouse on Easter Sunday was a mix of positives and negatives. While the food was good and the server provided excellent service, the actions of Manager Tim left a lot to be desired. I was directed to a section in the bar area, which seemed odd considering there were other customers who arrived after me and were seated in the main dining area without any intervention from the manager. Furthermore, I noticed a pattern where a Hispanic family was seated in the same section as me, which raised concerns about fair treatment and equality.
I believe that Manager Tim failed both his staff and every minority customer who dined at the restaurant that day. It is important for businesses to ensure equal treatment and opportunities for all customers, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Discrimination, whether intentional or not, should never be tolerated.
While I appreciate the efforts of the server and the quality of the food, the actions of Manager Tim overshadowed the overall experience. I hope that Logan's Roadhouse will take this feedback seriously, address the issue promptly, and prioritize diversity and equality in their future operations.

Read moreBefore I share why this is such a low rating, I'd like to mention that the bartender, Durah I think that's her name, was fantastic on her first day behind the bar. She was very attentive and super sympathetic to my situation. My experience started off great and I told bartenders there was no hurry or rush with me. I had a lot of work to do on my phone but I did eventually order once the place slowed down and dinner rush was over. Sometime went by and the bartender kept asking if I was OK, I finally questioned about the whereabouts of my ribs I had ordered. She went to check and they came out a few min later. Upon receiving my meal, it looked amazing, but I tasted the potatoes and not hot, but not cold and the same with the corn. I went to dive into the ribs and instead of falling off the bone I had to use my knife to literally saw the meat off. The bartender ask how it was and since I never complain I told her well it doesn't fall off the bone but I'm OK. However, after sawing to find the second rib and all the work it took, I gave up. The meat had a good flavor, but it was very dry and chewy. I did finish the potatoes and bout half the corn.
This is where the low rating really starts. The attentive bartender said she would go talk to the manager and she came back and told me the manager would discount it and at the time I was fine with that. I will attach a photo in which you can see how disgusting and unedible the ribs were. What happened next started my unhappy experience with this entire restaurant (minus the bartender who was trying) My plate sat there for quite some time and I pushed it farther away it was so bad. Finally another waitress came up and asked me if I wanted a box for it. I jokingly ask her if that was your food would you box it up? In which she responded in a condescending way and said I would that looks great. This irritated me very much and I mention to my bartender of what she had said. Again, she was very apologetic.
Now my experience is almost over and it went further south. When I cashed out, I was charged full price so I asked the bartender about it and she went back to talk to manager and said since I didn't order anything else or had them remake it, that I can't get a discount. Now, I was getting upset. So I ask if I could see the manager (who I never did meet) and the bartender went to get the manager but instead she came back with a receipt and told me that I had gotten 50% off.
Attached is a picture of the disgusting food and personally whoever this so called manager on 2/5/24 I feel should be fired. Whoever it is can't manage a kitchen, doesn't show their face on the floor, and obviously lacks in customer service.
I travel for a living and eat out daily. I've had a few run ins with bad restaurants but this one gets the highest honor of going on the NEVER to return list. You can thank the bartender for the extra star is for her. Otherwise, I would have rated...
Read moreIt was our 36th wedding anniversary (4/7/23), we are a one income household so for us to treat ourselves to an expensive dinner ($33.00 each per meal not including starters and drinks) to celebrate this milestone was something we had given a great amount of consideration on before spending that amount of money on one meal. We ordered mushrooms with ranch instead of the sause that came with it for our starter. They brought us calamari & apologized for the mistake. No problem we thought; mistakes happen. My husband felt bad about eating his salad while I was waiting for our starter. Thank goodness they finally brought us rolls. Well, they brought us the mushrooms with the sause it originally comes with, we didn't noticed this until the server was gone. By the time we found a server to bring us some ranch the mushrooms were cold. When our steaks arrived we asked for A-1, what we got was an empty bottle of A-1. Again the server was gone before we noticed it was empty. I had to leave the table to go find our server to let her know the A-1 was empty & could we please have another bottle that wasn't empty. Our rib-eye steaks we're 1/3 to 1/4 of fat with no flavor. When the manager asked us "How is everything?" I replied "Horrible! it's horrible! It's terrible! I seen him talk to our server soon after he left our table. I didn't want him to make amends for this awful dining experience. We just wanted to enjoy our anniversary dinner and have it done right. I don't think that is to much to ask for. The bottom line is that the staff didn't care to get our order right. What a disappointment this dining experience turned out to be! My name is Danna Hogue a very...
