Wendy's — Restaurant in Redding

Absolutely Terrible service. Me and my girlfriend were door dashing tonight and came through and picked up 2 orders of the initials O.D and M.M. as we were just driving off we got another order for another M.M, so we pulled around and when we told the girl at the speaker that we had another Doordash but when they right the initials to please write the name out or underline it or something so we could tell the 2 M.M orders apart, and they replied in very rude tone "you want US to write it down for you?" And as we explained that we do not have any means of writing it ourselves and that they wrote the last initials. They then replied with "okay well we just hope that they get their food while it's still hot" so we just pulled forward. As we got to the window they didn't say a word at all while giving us the order and when we asked them if they could just underline the initials they started to talk back and get rude still. They denied to just underline the initials and said "to just keep them separated but as we explained to them that we were keeping them in a hot bad that would've been very hard to do, they just replied with "we are doing our job so you do yours and deliver the orders" and proceeded to hand us the order and walk away. We are very upset with the professionalism and way we were treated and will try our hardest to not come back here again for doordash and encourage others to not order from...

It's Wendy's. This location usually serves really hot fries so that definitely adds a star but this specific location is kinda run down and a few places in the surrounding area are closed or closing down, lots of homeless in the area. Not that this is Wendy's fault but they could do a little extra to clean up or renovate the location. It's been the same since I was a small child(20+ years) and it's only gotten more destroyed since then.

The staff here is almost always different. Either means a high turnover rate or lots of people doing shorter shifts. This makes for having inconsistencies when ordering food or getting a sauce packet for your food(some people charge you some don't). Also, they have one of those fancy multi-soda dispenser that has the touch screen, that's cool and all but anytime I try to get water it always comes out colored and tasting funny. I tried running the water for awhile to clear out the tubes but still, brown water, residue from sodas and funny taste.

All in all, it's a fast food Wendy's location. Not awful, but not great. Drive-thru is better than going inside because it's so run down. The fries are almost always so hot they burn your mouth, that's...

Well, I broke from tradition today with Wendy's. I've always said, fast food eateries will always get a base three star score, and individual scores on service. Wendy's, breaks the mold. Wendy's has always been just above and beyond the basic fast food fair, in good quality, freshness and taste. While a bit more expensive, it's worth it! At Wendy's, you can eat a hamburger, and forego the sense of impending doom when you think, "was that the fast food meal that pushes me over into a full blown heart attack in the morning?" Wendy's traditionally locates their restaurants in good to better areas in any city they are in, this one is a bit different, and if you go there at night, you will see what I mean. The Circle K is a bit farther from the Wendy's, and is a hot bed of homeless activity. While at the drive-thru, please keep arms and legs inside of the vehicle, keep the windows up and the doors locked, and please don't feed the bears.
