Arby's — Restaurant in Redford Township

For those of you that have been here, you will most likely agree that the worst part about this location, is the location itself. This particular Arby's is situated within the parking lot of an old Home Depot. Unfortunately in this case that means that there is no ideal way to get directly into the Arby's parking lot—and depending on which way you come in from, it can make getting into the drive thru a bit tricky. Stop by, you'll see what I mean. Other than that, this particular location is not much different than any other Arby's location. Depending on the time you decide to stop by, it can become quite busy, and with that means an extended wait time (especially in the drive thru) but that's nothing unusual.

The staff here has always been accommodating and friendly, and most importantly the food has always been hot and fresh. Last but not least, and possibly more important than some other factors, my orders have always been correct. And to me, that is a huge deal—especially around here.

Arby's has always been my favorite place to eat at love. That arby's sauce. I went there last night about 630 after work. And tried the new bacon burgers. They were huge and buy far the best Burger. I've ever had anywhere they are excellent. The staff was very polite to me. And the place was very clean. There was even a guy that worked there who was singing LOLI will always go back to that location. Keep up the good work crew Any time I go there. The staff will always hear me ring that bell when I leave. Thank you arby's for being my favorite restaurant. I went back a week later and ordered 4 Angus beef bacon burgers and and there were 5 employees who all went in the back . I waited 20 minutes before they came back up front to make my order. When I finally got my order it was at 25 minutes! So by the time I got home I was tired and sat down to eat and there was no bacon on my burgers! Was not happy with that visit. And then I went on 12-27-23 and a young lady by the name of Lauren waited on me she was very friendly and polite I received my order in less than 5 minutes she is awesome. You need more employees like her. I give her 5 stars alone. I hope that she gets recognized for...

Today went through for drive though. The guy running the window at 730pm was disinterested in taking the order. Also when an item was added at the window (jalapeno bites) he was visibly annoyed. Walked away from he window he didn't say anything. Seeing how rattled he was by this addition an attempt to placate him by canceling it was given, he continued to walk away.

Coming back to the window he stated "You want me add it then?" A simple reply of yes and sorry again from me was followed by my asking for a bunch of horsey sauce packets. He asked "You want any sauce for the bites?" I asked what kind of sauce do you have, he then said nothing and walked away. While the food was being prepared he was laughing and joking with his co-workers. Coming back to the window he handed us our food and said nothing.

At this point I decided to press it further and ask if I could have some sauce for my bites, he randomly grabbed a sauce and shoved it in my hand.

After all this the food was not even touched and instead I came here to post this and will make a call to corporate tomorrow. Never returning to this specific...
