Stopped there last night to order my client a hamburger and 2 shakes. Got the 2 shakes and she closed window. I knocked and you could tell she was bothered, opened window and said yeah? I said I ordered a small hamburger with Mac sauce without a word she shuts window. Another worker opened window and said can I help you. I repeated my lost order and she asked to see my receipt. I pulled it out of purse and handed it to her she says you didn't pay for a hamburger. I said ok well I ordered one. She said if you want a hamburger you have to pay for it. I said this is your mistake not mine. I said I have no problem paying for my hamburger. As I handed her my card she handed me back receipt. I said no thank you. She rolls her eyes, sighs and throws it on floor. She gets my card back and proceeded to literally wrap receipt around my card. I took my receipt and out of frustration I unwrapped my card and tossed receipt out of my window. I was then asked to pull ahead. I said for a small hamburger. She said yeah for a small hamburger. I pulled ahead and after 4 cars came and went I floored it in reverse back to window before 5th car got up to window. They looked right at me and I said I want my hamburger. She opened window and grabbed a bag sitting right there and handed it to me. So I opened it to ck it for Mac sauce. She shut the window. Read morei have never once had a problem with this location, but the service i received this morning (july 11th, 2022) was absolutely appalling. i hadn't even fully stopped my car at the drive thru speaker yet, and there was a very rude guy who came over the intercom and said "we are NOT taking orders right now". offered me no explanation and his tone was very unprofessional and rude. i was about to ask why, but i wasn't in the mood to be snapped at again. this guy really needs to learn customer service and how to be compassionate, because you never know what someone's going through. i will go back again because this is the first and only problem i've had with this establishment (i've been going here for years since i work nearby), but if i receive this level of service again, i definitely will not be back.
EDIT (2/25/23): since i "conveniently" can't write a review anymore (wonder why that is 🤔), i'm making an edit to this one. i gave this location MANY more chances, but the last two weeks have been my final straw. it's near where i work so it's always been convenient, but 4 out of the 5 times i've gone in the past two weeks, their credit card system has been down. with no other way to pay (who carries cash on them anymore???), i've been forced to leave. they really need to get a better system in place where this won't happen as often, because i guarantee you they're going to keep losing customers and a lot of money at this location if they...
Read moreCustomer service is horrible. Ordered, paid got to the second window and the girl hands me a bag with no hash browns and no drink. When i said something she took the bag back, then said pull up we are waiting on hash browns. 5 minutes later a male employee brings the bag out and says "uh we outta coke or something". I asked for a refund , 3 minutes later the manager comes out and says " you really want a refund just cause we are out of coke?". I said yes...she then claimed they just ran out and had to swap tanks, I said fine but I want fresh food, a minute later the make employee comes back and says we need your card to do a refund, I give him my card and he comes back 5 minutes later with a receipt and cash crumpled into a ball. Total experience was over 15 minutes. They really need to get it together.
To anyone reading this, this store is owned by the same owner as the one at telegraph and Hass. They hire outsiders for store managers and supervisors (usually after Mcdonald's corporate or another owner operator has gotten rid of them).
