Beach Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Redington Shores

Have enjoyed their food for over 20 plus years. Lately, I've been craving buffalo shrimp. So of course we order them through BPP, Redington Beach. I would just ask that they not over cook the shrimp as it gets tough...I found small shrimp, larger butterflied shrimp, and because of the different sizes the small shrimp came out chewy and hard....but their medium hot sauce is great. I always order them extra saucy and it's delicious. I've asked for the blue cheese dressing every time - first time I got ranch, then the next two times I got the blue cheese which is what I requested and it's a perfect match! In fact, even though I order my food to go, I always have to sit outside and eat them right away cuz I can't wait, they're that good. Everything else is equally delicious, especially their antipasto salad because they give you a good amount of very delicious sliced deli meats and cheeses and they are exceptionally fresh greens in their salads! 👌 Pizzas good...

Good pizza. Vacation in the area every year. Out of the trips ive taken to the area usually every time I get pizza it’s a nightmare, which is weird because the food around here is great. HOWEVER I have had two enjoyable pizza expeditions in the area. This place is one of them! Super small dine in area. Not in a bad way though. It kinda creates a unique experience if your dinning in. Be mindful though, super small, super busy, so a little slow. Any reasonable person would expect such. The pizza wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was bad. Pretty big menu though so maybe I could of got something better! I got wings on top of the pizza. The wings I would say are above average. We have been a loyal customer for years and order OFTEN. Food is good. Customer service has steadily gone down hill to a new low. Last weekend we placed an order for the family and were told it would be an hour(the pretty standard time). 2 hours and many complaints to me later by my family, the food arrived. I told the driver( whom I did tip well as always since this was not his fault) that I would like to speak to a manager. He assured me that I would hear from the manager and now, a week later, I have yet to hear from anyone. This is by far the worst experience we have had with them but have noticed a gradual decline in customer service. Now it appears they do not even care...very disappointed and we will not place any more orders with them. There is plenty of their competition that provide a good meal...
