Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Redlands

Perhaps I should put three stars, and maybe it's just my mood, but I always rate from the heart. Two out of five. The store is clean enough, however in mild disarray regarding the floor space, tables, etc. Yeah, pretty sure it could be my mood, yet I will continue. My main beef is that there are no signs indicating so, yet the staff says the restroom is closed for covid. As all the restrictions are off right now finally, from covid, I find this to be a dubious remark. The lack of eye contact and sudden raise in the pitch of her voice harmonized with my inner skeptic enough to allow for doubt, in my opinion. The other reason for the subpart rating, you know what, definitely my mood. I'll shut up and I'm going to go up and change it back to three stars. Play everything...

I usually go to this Baskin-Robbins when I need me some Baskin-Robbins, and I never thought to post a review one way or the other. But, having now been in a number of other BR establishments culminating in Mocha Cappuccino Blast With Armpit, I can definitively say this is the cleanest BR of them all, with excellent service and lovely employees. I did not realize what I was taking for granted before, but now I do, and I'm positively delighted that this BR is the closest one to me. A truly wonderful example of excellent service and, most importantly, spotlessly clean hygiene. Oh, and the owner (or maybe the co-owner or owner's wife, I'm not 100% which of them actually owns it) is a gem...

I love ice cream. What I love most about Baskin-robbins is the 31 flavors I get to choose from. This BK has been in Redlands as long as I can remember. The employees are always friendly, and the service is top notch. There is very little seating inside (4 two-person tables) but there are at least 8 benches, with shade, on the corner outside. By far, my favorite flavor is World Class Chocolate. It combines a milk chocolate and white chocolate ice cream into an incredible creamy creation.
