Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Redlands

First time here! Wow! I am beyond impressed in all aspects. My husband is in Redlands for a temp but long term job assignment. While looking for a restaurant in the area we came across Farmer Boys. Easy to find a lil tough to find parking on Sat night but hey its California! Is there a such thing as even good parking here? Lol! Upon walking in immediately noticed how clean it was! Definitely a score with us! We were immediately greeted and acknowledged walking in with two wonderful staff members who were just amazing. They didn't stop working whether it be cleaning, helping customers and more. Everyone around recieved top notch service. 👌 these ladies Definitely are some outstanding workers who represented this establishment to its finest! My only regret is not getting their names to give them a shout out! The food was prepared fast and was absolutely perfect! We couldn't ask for anything more. The portions are larger than one would expect so be careful! 🤗 Overall best experience in Socal customer experience since arriving...

Moved to the area recently, wife suggested FB - the store where we used to go to was just ok, but what the hey. First: I was a little surprised it wasn't a drive thru (LOL) - and being a Friday night (approximately 7:30) and a theater nearby thought it would be hard to find parking. It wasn't. Second: The store was clean - not that our old one wasn't clean, but always a plus. Third: The guy behind the counter had some personality and friendly - and the receipt was correct. Forth: It was a to go order, got home 10 minutes later to find all the food hot, packed well, and very good. My son and I both commented that our bacon burger was fresh and tasted great (our requested grilled onions were actually grilled! It was 50/50 with our old location). Bottom Line: Hopefully, this wasn't a fluke and the manager has their hand on the pulse of the community....

I give it a 2 stars.. The reason i give tht is not right at all the customer service. I waited almost an hour & 15mins for my familys order. The familys tht came way after me did got there order on time but we didnt. I even heard the cooker tell a new girl tht this order is been sitting there for a long time alrrady. But wait? There was a guy in charge tht talks spanish acting lazy just walking arpund the kitchen. The other girl who took are order was in cashier & not talking food orders on time, but distracted with the other guy talking (gossiping). The new girl was so nice & told me it was her first day working there. It wasn't her fault. It was the guy & girl fault for not showing or serving food in rather talking to each other.. Not going there...
