Purchased a used bike with low miles that had not had its first service completed. Original owner stated he had adjusted the chain and was going to do the oil change but decided to sell before it was completed. I was referred to RevLimit by a very good friend of mine and decided to take the bike down to see if I could schedule an oil change. The owners Cody and Katrina were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodated me by servicing the bike right away. Katrina was very personable and catering to the customer and making herself available at all times. Not only did Cody complete the oil change but went above and beyond by inspecting the bike and properly adjusted the chain accordingly because the previous owner had overtightened it! Cody took extra time and care with servicing the bike which demonstrated someone who truly cares and is passionate about what they do. This is a family owned business who cares about maintaining a...
Read moreHands down THE BEST shop in central oregon in my humble opinion. I've been bringing my old honda to Cody for a couple years now they always treat me right. From sitting down with parts books to help me find what I'm looking for, spending the time to talk just about tires (legit 20 minutes just educating me on tires) so I feel good about getting the right shoes on my bike. I ride a bunch and I start every year off with a safety inspection so I know my bikes going to be problem free on the long rides. Every major repair has been done right and at a fair price. Earlier this year I was convinced I needed an expensive valve adjustment, Cody took a look at my bike and told me it wasn't needed yet. Some other shops would have gladly taken my money for a repair I didn't even need but not these guys. Honest, reliable and fair priced. Great shop and even better people, they have my business for as long...
Read moreThis is my top service choice, by far no doubt. The owner has too many certifications to count and remains completely grounded and humble. He takes the time to explain options and is in no way pushy or salesman like. As for the service itself, I am beyond stoked with the work. I am mostly skeptical of any mechanics level of quality control. Really, it seems like almost everybody these days is trying to shortcut quality work. Not here. If you want to trust your bike, take it to Rev Limit. I've moved 7 hrs across the state since I last had work done and I will be traveling back across the state 7hrs if I need any future work done. Seriously. There is always good vibes and smiles all the way around. From the minute I walk in the door, or come back for pick up, and of course the second I get back to my chicken strip. Love this place man, and the awesome folks...
